Had a wonderful relaxing time at this friendly venue.
Sadly I have just read on their webpage they will be ceasing trading due to the loss of the owner.

Very relaxing atmosphere while you paint you're chosen model. Lots of variety and colours and they include various tools to use for different affects. Reasonably priced too.
Great for kids and includes a crèche.

I just love going to paint pots plates and anything that I can. I spend hours just doing what I have to do. You are never rushed and if you need help the staff are always on hand to give help and advice with painting ideas. Background music is good and drinks are reasonable. I am now a member and go on a regular basis. Just love it.

Went to the newly opened Moss End studio a few weeks ago and wasn't impressed. The place was empty and I was kept waiting and after 15mins the young girl decided to speak.I was then seated and got up again and asked water to clean brushes and that was another long wait.No hint of Tea or Coffee and at the end I payed and was told come back in a week so I did and it wasn't even put in kiln.I then sent another family member there another week later and they couldn't even find it to start off with but got it in the end . I'm sorry to say it's run by kids with zero idea plus someone else can in and said will it get any warmer in here and he was told no so they waljed also.I will just go somewhere else

Myself and my husband have recently visited to make lots of presents for relatives with our two year old and six month old. There's a small okay area so our 2 year old was kept busy in between hand printing stuff! Great value for money especially if making lots of things it's worth paying for the membership and it also lasts a year so we can make next years gifts as well! Stephanie who works here is so amazing at helping with the young ones getting particularly good hand prints of our six month old and was able to remove our poor attempts at handprints from the pottery without it being ruined. My husband then went back with my mother and the two boys to create a 'surprise' gift and also sang Stephanie's praises again for her great help even though the venue was busy. Highly recommend. (We did visit on a weekday so this was very quiet, avoid Monday's as there's a children's group held here)

My daughter went here for a friend's birthday party and had an amazing time. She really enjoyed the painting and the staff were fabulous. It was great that they were flexible for the child's party to bring their own food and let the children play games. Then the finished article arrived in a couple of weeks and was a great momento of the occasion.

Lovely staff, great choice of snacks and drinks
Huge array of items to paint for little ones to big grown up ones
Fabulous fun for the most creative, or the basic slap on the paint and leave.
Highly recommended
Oh and great idea for gifts for grandparents from grandchildren ... Their own handpainted sculpture

We had great fun painting pottery at this little venue. Where you are able to personalise your own ceramics and collect at a later date.
They had a large range of ceramic items to choose from, such as plates, money boxes, puppies, kittens, pigs, lions, frogs, horses, elephants, geckos, pandas etc.
Little cars, jeeps, robots, dragons, dinosaurs, rockets, trains, footballs for the boys. Butterflies, kittens, trinket boxes etc for the girls.
We went in November 2014, so there were Christmas pottery items to paint too. We painted a santa and a reindeer.
