It was a great experience. For the experieced group you really need to be able to ride safely, this is also mentioned and queried several times, since all gaits are ridden in the terrain. For the beginners group isves a guided ride in the step. You can fully experience the sunset, as there are several long rides on the beach. Erika takes the time to take individual photos of everyone on and in the water. I booked it twice in the 1 week of the holiday and got great photos. I can only recommend it to anyone.
Great importance is also attached to the eohl of the horses.
There is no intermediate group only for riders who are too good for the beginners but too uncertain for the experienced group.

Sunset Ride on the Beach was very nice and atmospheric especially the water passage 🌞😎😊👍🌅🌊🐎🌊🌅🐎🤣🏖️☀️🐎🌅.. with a lot of galloping .... well looked after horses 🐎

First time in Kos, three different stables too pick from. When with Erika due too positive reviews.

We choose 65mim morning beach ride
35 euro each rider, and 10 euro each transfer
The venue really nice, great ice cream and coffee

Absolutely amazing - couldn’t wipe the grin off my face. The groups were split according to ability and then our group went cantering along the beach and swimming with the horses!
Horses are in great condition, clearly well looked after, and the people were lovely too.
They have deer and donkeys you can also feed if you want to.
Also has a nice cafe where the horses poke their heads in.

Yesterday I booked the ride for myself and found it quite wonderful -
the night before, I was able to register and already clarified some questions.
On site I was 1 hour early and I could see the whole facility.
The animals and their stables (from rabbits to ducks to horses) are very clean and all animals look healthy and well-groomed.
Before the ride (in the evening 1.5 hours) we were divided into 2 groups, according to experience -
so I ended up in a small group of 3 and we moved to the beach in all gears.
The track is really great!
I never felt unsafe at any time - it was an exciting ride, -
but it was very careful of the group and the connection.
On the beach there was time to ride into the water and take photos -
All in all: a great experience
Especially important too and I hope you read it out too:
My feeling is that the farm is run with brains and hearts. Even if it's a holiday riding operation,
animal welfare is at the front.

My two daughters and I had a wonderful morning ride. The team around Erika made a real effort to divide the horses. There was no time pressure at any time. We were divided into beginners and riders with experience. My daughters and I were in the group with riding experience at Erika. First we headed towards the salt lake, where we trotted warm. On the beach and in the dunes we galloped and even went with the horses in the water. The horses were absolutely sweet and good. Erika has repeatedly assured herself that the group stays together nicely. A great experience. We would love to come back on our next holiday:-)

I loved the ride. Everything was super organized and the horses were totally lovely. It has always been my dream to ride the beach and now the dream came true. The farm is very neat and nicely designed, so you can spend time there too. The staff are super nice. During the ride photos were taken, which you already received in the evening. Great organization! I can definitely recommend it!

What an amazing experience from start to finish.
Erika’s father picked me up at my hotel and drove to the farm.
He is such a wonderful gentleman full of wisdom and knowledge about Kos and life. I learnt so much from him about the history of Kos.
We arrived to a warm welcome from Erika and her staff. We had time to look around her farm and you can see how well all of the animals are cared for and looked after.
All of the staff are so warm and friendly and know what they are doing.
They take the time to find out what experience you have with riding and put you in the appropriate group.
I went in the beginners group as I haven’t rode for many years. My horse Ariel was well trained and I felt very safe riding her. They had staff walking with us and they were very aware of our surroundings and made sure we were all safe and enjoying ourselves. We stopped on the beach to have our photos taken by the staff with our phones.
It was so beautiful by the sea.
When we got back to the farm we had the opportunity to have a snack and drink at the cafe and relax.
Erika’s father then drove us back to our hotels, again such a wonderful warm conversation with him.
It was the highlight of my day and I will always remember my experience.
I highly recommend this whole experience if you are staying in Kos.
I will come again when we return to Kos.

My child (15 years old) did a sunset ride twice - because it was so much fun - magical! The guidance is very professional, the horses are well cared for. The horses also enjoyed riding and galloping themselves, you can feel that. They listen carefully. And indeed, be honest about your level, that is important for your own safety. Photos and videos are taken of everyone and sent to you afterwards.
For the 'left behind' Erika's horse farm is also a nice place! Even if no one you're with goes horseback riding. For small children a paradise. There are many other animals, not just horses and there is a nice playground. You can sit there to eat and drink! You can have half a day of fun there.

My husband had planned and booked this trip for me. From the beginning, experience is asked here, as well as the height and weight, so that the appropriate horses can be selected. The staff is super friendly from reception to guide.
You get the equipment (helmet) and are then asked in the experienced group (each individual) about their exact riding experience (in the beginner group is accompanied) and assigned to that to a suitable horse.
Once you arrive at the horse, you will get the peculiarities of the horse explained and the equipment will be checked again. The guide ( Marco ) I think was very clear and his commands were really good. ( Small insider tips on excursions included)
So we could enjoy the scenery along the salt lake and by the sea over dunes in every gait. My personal highlight was the ride on the beach towards sunset. Here we could also bathe with the horses.
A huge Recommendation on my part, because the horses are looked after, the safety aspect is taken seriously and everyone is very affectionate with the animals. In addition, the price-performance ratio is unbeatable!
My family was waiting for me on the farm and enjoyed the many animals, pony riding and also the play facilities on site. In addition, there is catering on the farm so that everyone is taken care of.
We will come back and then a riding trip at Erika will definitely be booked again!

Hallo,unsere Enkeltochter,4 Jahre ist das erste mal mit uns in Urlaub und würde sehr gerne einmal reiten. Wir haben keinerlei Erfahrung mit Pferden.ist das ab diesem Alter schon möglich ,was kostet das den in etwa und muss man vorher buchen????

From 4 years old its ok for children to go on a ride at the beach or just a pony ride in the farm, 3year old can go with their parent on the same horse for a beach ride..

wie groß sind die Gruppen denn jeweils? Ist es auch möglich, dass ich (reite 1 mal die Woche freizeitmäßig im Gelände) und mein Freund (absoluter Anfänger) gemeinsam in einer Gruppe reiten?

Unsere Gruppe waren ca. 12 Leute. Geführte und ungeführte. Die Reiter alleine sind dann auch ins Wasser gegangen, die Anfänger wurden weiterhin geführt. Das sehen die Verantwortlichen sehr entspannt. Da reiten Erfahrene auch mit totalen Anfängern. Kein Problem !!!!
