Panglao war unsere letzte Station auf unserer Philippinen Reise. Wir wurden hervorragend durch Sea Explorers betreut. Die Tauchgänge waren wunderbar. Es herrscht eine schöne angenehme Atmosphäre auf der Tauchbasis und die Guides waren spitze.
Einen besonderen Dank gilt unserer Guide(in) Shermaine. All unsere Tauchgänge hat sie hervorragende und mit viel Spass und Witz begleitet. Es hat einfach Spass gemacht.
Leider mussten wir unsere Reise aufgrund der Covid-19-Pandemie knapp 1 Woche früher beenden und recht rasch das Land verlassen. Es ist schade, dass wir die geplanten Tauchgänge nicht mehr mit Shermaine durchführen konnten und uns auch nicht verabschieden konnten.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Es war der erste Urlaub auf den Philippinen und auch nach mehrjähriger Asien-Erfahrung einer der besten.
Danke Sea Explorers für den schönen Urlaub!

We could not have chosen a better place to take our first family PIDA training sessions and fun dives. Even if it was difficult for me (for I do not swim... while my husband and daughter as practically fish) you awaken that feeling of childhood curiosity.

We spent two weeks with Sea Explorers staff in Cebu island. Pura Vida Cabilao is really nice and quiet place for diving and rest. Best corals formation and really rich marina life 😎
Turtle Bay Dive resort Moalboal is a bit different but again best for easy, sporty holiday. For divers and snorkellers it is turtle house reef, but also Panagsama reef offers diving with school of sardines, Pescador island it is really nice dive site and Oslob diving give you really unique time to see whalesharks.. 😎
Perfect organization and service.

After spending the last few days with the Sea Explorers crew here in Panglao I can honestly say that I will not only be coming back to the island, but I wouldn't imagine diving with anyone else. I was fortunate to have Erwin as my main guide while diving and he made it a trip I will never forget. His knowledge of the local sea life meant that we were stopping to see something amazing quite often during the dive. Whether you are a beginner or advanced diver, Erwin was able to tailor each dive to the people in his group, leaving all of us happy with our dives.
If you are going to Panglao and you want to dive, stop your research and book with Sea Explorers. You will be so happy that you did!

Nach Dauin, Malapascua und Moalboal war das unsere vierte Sea Explorers Basis, die wir besucht haben.
Der Transfer von Dauin nach Alona war wieder in gewohnter Weise sehr gut vom Buchungsbüro der Sea Explorers organisiert. Leider konnte der gewünschte Bootstransfer wegen defekter Boote nicht durchgeführt werden. Wir haben es wieder als sehr angenehm empfunden, dass wir Kopien unserer Unterlagen aus Dauin mitbekommen haben und der administrative Teil somit schnell erledigt war.
Die Basis ist im Amorita Resort angesiedelt. Es werden auch hier kleine Tauchgruppen zusammengestellt, mit max. 4 Personen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man muss nichts selber aufs Boot tragen, die Ausrüstung wird dort hin- und wieder zurückgebracht. Allerdings kann das schon mal etwas länger dauern, besonders wenn größere Tauchgruppen erst am Strand abgesetzt werden, deshalb macht es durchaus Sinn, die eigene Ausrüstung gleich mit auf das Taxi-Boot zu nehmen und selbst zu tragen. Die Boote sind sauber und die Tauchguides und die Bootscrew macht einen guten Job. Ein echt toller Service war, dass unser Equipment vor unserer Abreise gleich morgens von den Mitarbeitern draussen zum Trocknen aufgehängt wurde. Vielen Dank dafür!
Im Vergleich zu den Basen in Dauin und Malapascua gibt es hier im Bereich Service und Wohlfühlfaktor jedoch noch Luft nach oben.

On behalf of Sea Explorers, I want to apologise for lack of Diving Boat Transfer between the branches and use of regular ferry for transportation. It’s good to know that you like our Boat, dive Guides and boat Crew. We will take you opinions under consideration and try to improve our day trips logistic system in Alona Branch. Trato amable y cercano. Excelente organización y la posibilidad de bucear "a la carta", adaptándose perfectamente a tus necesidades o deseos a la hora de ir al agua. Para buceadores de cualquier nivel o perfil. Salidas de tres inmersiones sucesivas (one-day trip), en un barco amplio y cómodo para este propósito, o inmersiones individuales desde costa con su barca más pequeña. Buceo diurno e inmersiones nocturnas. Todo cabe y todo lo organizan fantásticamente bien. Situados en un extremo de Alona Beach, dentro del hotel-resort Amorita, es accesible en cinco minutos prácticamente desde cualquier lugar de la pequeña y turística localidad de Alona.
Desde su oficina central de reservas en Cebú te gestionan también el alojamiento en Alona Beach, a medida de tus necesidades o deseos (no necesariamente en el hotel Amorita). Extremadamente amables y colaboradores también en esta parte previa de los preparativos y planes.
Nosotros nos alojamos en el Alona Beach resort, con buenas habitaciones, suficientemente amplias para dos buceadores, una pequeña piscina y un excelente bar-restaurante con música en vivo cada noche.
Desde su oficina central de reservas en Cebú te gestionan también el alojamiento en Alona Beach, a medida de tus necesidades o deseos (no necesariamente en el hotel Amorita). Extremadamente amables y colaboradores también en esta parte previa de los preparativos y planes.
Nosotros nos alojamos en el Alona Beach resort, con buenas habitaciones, suficientemente amplias para dos buceadores, una pequeña piscina y un excelente bar-restaurante con música en vivo cada noche.

Sea Explorer is an excellent diving center in Panglao. Dives are mainly organized as day trip on a comfortable, safe and good boat. Local dives are done on a speedboat.The dive sites are beautiful, both on coral slopes and coral walls. Balicasag Island diving sites are fantastic but the ones located in Pamilacan Islands are beautiful as well. Schools of jack fish where you are surrounded by thousands of fish are unforgettable. We have seen many many turtles and frog fish. Divemasters are all excellent and the manager of the center Filip is a very good instructor and very friendly. We had an excellent experience in Panglao!

Very nice dive shop for padi licenses, very nice crew who are supportive, flexible and fun to work with! Especially ask for Erwin, he’ll show you around and teach you how to dive in a fun and easy going diving course! Definitely recommend it, located next to the beach and a beautiful resort!

Made the pali open water dive course with Erwin, who was really professional and patient.
Our 2 fun dives with Boyet were a bit boring. Filip seems to know the better spots and tells more interesting background stories.
Overall I can definitely recommend Sea Explorers.

Thank you so much for your review, Erwin is well known from his patience to the Open water Diver students. As our DiveMasters want to show the best parts of the reef, marine life is unpredictable and not allowance guaranty. In Doljo Point where we were diving School of Jackfish usually stay deep so Advance licence is recommended. Hope to see you again in one of our branches.

Somos unos amigos que hemos estado buceando 5 días y hoy era el último día y mientras buceamos nos han desaparecido 2000 pesos y 50 €, de carteras diferentes
El buceo ha sido muy bueno y el guía también.
Pero al subir de la última inversión nos habia desaparecido el dinero y nos han metido la tarde, lo hemos dicho en el centro y bueno, no han hecho mucho, no han mostrado mucho interés por solucionarlo.
En fin, cuidado si buceais con ellos con dejar dinero en las carteras

Hi AnabelAlg. Thank you for your feedback about diving in Panglao. Our Guides and Boat Crew is working with us for long time already and we know that they want to give best diving experience possible for our guests. We are sorry
about missing money, but it never happened before with our employees that’s why it was so difficult to suspect them. We search all boat and the Crew imminently, but no money where found. We are trying to investigate it further.
