You can view the circle of stones from the road. we did not walk up close as they are at a farm. felt strange driving in to the property.

Great walk into hills with views down Loch Tay. Interesting stone circle which, despite only having a small number of moderate sized stones standing, has a real sense of history.

Although this place is a bit of a thing we had great fun there playing hide and seek around the stones. also nice to read about the history of the site and the stone over the centuries.

Came to this hiking from Aberfeldy to Kenmore detouring for the Falls of Acharn. There is a steep ascent through pastures but it is relatively quick. The stones themselves are impressive and with some brief research beforehand you can get a lot out of this living history.

it's the culmination of a walk, past lovely waterfalls and a 'secret' viewpoint. It then opens out to meadowland with sheep etc and you can see the valley floor and behind you, Ben Lawers. If you're feeling energetic can go well beyond the stones themselves

Visited the Greenland Stone Circle with my wife last Saturday (22nd April), whilst in the nearby area, and during our exploration walk of the Acharn Falls.
This Stone Circle is approximately a 1.3 mile walk from the bridge, which is situated at the upper part of the Acharn Falls walk. To locate it, keep following the 'metalled track' from this bridge. You will go through a few gates (which were open when we visited), but there are also a couple of gates which you will need to open, and close behind you, as there are sheep roaming freely. As you continue on the walk you will eventually see a sign pointing to the Stone Circle saying it is a further half-mile. Continue on the 'metalled track' which eventually becomes grass, and then reverts to a 'metalled track' once more, just as the Stone Circle comes into view on your right. Enter through the last gate (remembering to close it again) and a few short steps up to your right and you are there.
Our first time visit here, this is a 'disturbed' Stone Circle, and initially we thought it was originally a 7 Stone Circle. There are four stones that remain standing, two have fallen down, and the other looks to be broken up, however, it is hard to tell which parts belonged to it, and what parts were the dyke, it being beside a dyke.
We looked hard at it, and tried to visualise what it would have looked like with all seven stones in place, but even then, to us, it still didn't appear quite right, or appear like a proper seven stone circle.
It wasn't until we got back home and did some research that we then realised that it was originally made up of nine stones. This would certainly make more sense. We can only assume that the other 'missing' two stones are broken up, and are beside this dry stone wall/dyke which runs through the Stone Circle.
