I know this shop having gone there several times in the past years and I have always found it well stocked and beautiful,
I wanted to make an online purchase of 9 stones, some tumbled and some raw.
When they arrived I realized that the tumbled kyanite I had ordered was not there and a raw kyanite (which I already have) had been put in its place.
Inside the package there was a note saying they apologized for not having removed the tumbled kyanite from the site which had run out and in its place they had given me a raw kyanite (!) plus another raw one as a gift.
I think they should have contacted me to tell me about the problem rather than giving me a stone that I didn't order and making me pay for it as good.
I wrote to him rather annoyed by filling out the contact screen on the site and asking to return the entire order or just the raw kyanite sent instead of the tumbled one and the one they gave me as a gift, (kind, but I don't need it) , telling him that it was my intention to give the store a bad review if they didn't accept the return.
All this happened on January 2nd, but to this day I still haven't received a response, which is why I made this review and I will never buy anything from this store again.

Negozio molto bello e ben fornito ma...peccato per il commesso (o proprietario) che continuava a fissarmi insistentemente facendomi sentire a disagio. Stavamo dando un'occhiata quando, rivolto a non si sa chi, si alza e dice a gran voce "NON CI PROVARE!". Capisco che trovandosi in un contesto altamente turistico la paura di essere derubati possa essere tanta, ma ciò non giustifica certi atteggiamenti nei confronti dei clienti. Personalmente mi ha fatto passare la voglia di acquistare qualcosa.

Bel negozio ma.....a differenza delle altre recensioni che attribuiscono pazienza e cordialità al personale del negozio, mi sento di dissentire..... Ho chiesto informazioni ma lo ho disturbato mentre navigava al suo cellulare ben comodo sulla sedia.....mi ha fatto passare la voglia di comprare e non l'ho fatto.

Un piccolo mondo luccicante, fatto di tantissime pietre e oggetti luccicanti. Un luogo meraviglioso dove con pochi euro si può trovare una qualche particolarità da portarsi a casa.

È un bellissimo negozio a Grazzano Visconti dove poter trovare qualsiasi tipo di minerale e fossile, il negozio è molto grande con una vasta scelta di articoli.
