Wir sind für einen Saunaausflug zum Aquadom gefahren, da wir viele positive Bewertungen gelesen hatten.
Leider war unser Erlebnis nicht so positiv.
Im ganzen Saunabereich stank es nach Fritteuse, was nicht zu einer entspannenden Atmosphäre führte.
Wir waren bei 2 verschiedenen Aufgussen dabei, deren Qualität unseren Ansprüchen nicht entsprachen, einer dauerte 8 Minuten, der andere war zwar sehr heiß, der Aufgussmeister war aber sehr schlecht und bei einem Zitrusaufguss Pinakolada Geschmack zu verwenden finde ich nicht entsprechend.
Wir haben auch einen automatischen Aufguss miterlebt, kein Anzeichen von Düften, und die Düsen sind viel zu laut, dann lieber ruhige Sauna mit sanfter Musik!
Grundsätzlich ist die ganze Saunalandschaft bereits in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
An Ende noch einen Hinweis, die Beschilderung ist sehr schlecht, für jemanden der das erste mal dort ist, ist es eine Herausforderung den Ausgang zu finden.
Für diesen Preis erhalten Sie in vielen 4 und 5 Sterne hotels ein ganz anderes Erlebnis.
Wir kommen nicht wieder.

This place is just amazing! Great spa, amazing staff, everything is perfectly clean. The mountain around are impressive. You will find yourself surrounded by 3000m peaks. A place out of this world. Definitely one of the best hotels I ever stayed in my life.

Aufgrund einiger Online-Empfehlungen haben wir uns entschieden den Eintritt sowie die Liegen im Vorfeld zu reservieren (wir waren an einem Samstag da - verlängertes Wochenende). Im Nachhinein wäre das nicht notwendig gewesen, als wir in die Therme gekommen sind waren noch viele Liegen frei und auch in den Ruheräumen im Saunabereich fanden wir immer einen Platz.
Die Therme ist sehr übersichtlich gestaltet aber der Weg von dem Bereich wo die reservierten Liegen bis zum Saunabereich schon ein Stückchen. Zumal es hier auch nicht richtig ruhig war, die Geräusche von draußen dringen doch sehr stark in den Ruhebereich.
Zu den reservierten Liegen erhält man außerdem ein Handtuch und einen Bademantel. Unbedingt von zuhause ein 2. Handtuch mitnehmen, die die man bekommt sind sehr klein und nicht wirklich zum Liegen (in der Sauna oder am Platz) geeignet.
Die geführten Aufgüsse im Saunabereich waren toll (und sehr gut besucht).
Bei den Umkleidekabinen gibt es Haartrockner von denen einige leider nicht funktioniert haben.

a parte il contesto, una valle in mezzo alle montagne, con la possibilità di camminate nei boschi, la struttura pulitissima, la camera spaziosissima con vista sulle montagne, la cucina ottima, ma la colazione imbattibile, personale gentilissimo, ma ovviamente solo inglese e tedesco.
le terme sono impossibili da vedere e usufruire in neanche due giorni, unica pecca tanta gente nelle piscine, ma sono bellissime. la notte in piscina è affascinante.

The hanging pools outside were everything! The hot water and the Mountain View deserved what we paid. The pool outside with the current was interesting as well and also the cold pool to cool off and do a few laps if you want to refresh! We had a day in the sun and just relaxing in the outdoor pools was very nice.

Grande struttura ma sporca e gestita male. Sembra una piscina pubblica. Il casino è indescrivibile. Bimbi urlanti anche in aree riservate agli adulti. Ragazzini che si tuffano. Famiglie con panini in stile pic nic. Gente che porta bicchieri di vetro in acqua con i relativi rischi. Chi gioca a palla e chi con la pallina e i suoi bimbi usa l'ingresso della piscina relax per soli adulti come porta da sport acquatico. Gente nuda dove dovrebbe essere vestita. Chi scatta foto dove non si può e chi la sera sembra copulare nelle vasche. Freddo bagnati per entrare nelle vasche esterne. Impossibile rilassarsi anche pagando a parte per entrare in zone in teoria più tranquille. Con più di 600 armadietti, ci sono solo 4 phon da condividere tra maschi e femmine. Immaginate che situazione. Acqua appena tiepidina, che non credo dia alcun beneficio. Cloro e ancora cloro. Personale scortese. Ristorante che è una mensa, ti prendi da mangiare da solo con il tuo vassoio in plastica e fai la fila, unici piatti espressamente cucinati hamburger e wok. Circa 20 tavoli per tutta quella gente. Il delirio.
Mancano zone per bere un po' di acqua anche presso i cartelli che avvisano dell'importanza dell'idratazione. Per entrare nella zona dove è possibile bere una tisana bisogna pagare 75 euro. Per avere cambio accappatoio 10 euro, per il telo 7. Personale scortese, direi proprio maleducato che non ti spiega niente ed è scontroso. Capelli, sporcizia. Per me non sono terme, è una piscina pubblica. Fanno pubblicità ingannevole. Venivamo da Aquaria di Sirmione, che è un paradiso e mi vergogno anche solo a paragonare le 2 strutture. Lati positivi: molto bella la vista dalle vasche esterne. Alcune famiglie sembrano felici. Siamo stati 2 volte, un all day e una serale del venerdì, perché avevamo già comprato i biglietti online prima di vedere il posto e speravamo che il serale fosse meno rumoroso.

Very beautiful place but:
-it is impossible to relax due to the high number of small children playing in all the pools with balls, jumping in them and screaming even in the adult only areas. This does not seem to bother their parents or the security and makes the place more like a family friendly Acqua park.
-the personnel is unpolite.
-the restaurant is basically a canteen (more similar to what one would expect from a family-friendly aqua park) which closes ridiculously early in the evening
-the water is packed with chlorine and is only possible to reach the panoramic pools by exiting the water and walking outside in the cold
The word 'relax' written everywhere sounds like a joke in such an environment.

We are sorry that you were not able to relax in our thermal spa. During your stay there were Easter Holidays and during holidays we welcome also a lot of families. However, it is not allowed play with balls, etc. in our pools. Our life guards keep informing our guests about it but a lot of guests just won't follow our bathing rules.
In the restaurant the food is freshly prepared in our front cooking. It is a pity that you had the impression it is like a "canteen".

Of course we need to add chlorine in our thermal water - this is obligatory in Austria. Once again thank you for your feedback.

Wir waren schon zum wiederholten Male in der Therme und auch im Hotel. Der Service, das Essen und das Ambiente sind wunderschön. Man kann wunderbar vom Alltag abschalten. Das Hotel ist direkt durch einen Bademantelgang mit der Therme verbunden. Das ist natürlich super praktisch. Alles in Allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Wir waren Begeistert. Die Saunawelt ist riesig und es gibt unendlich viele Varianten von Saunen und Dampfbädern. Auch die verschiedenen Poollevels sind einzigartig und man hat so viel zu entdecken. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Wir waren am Samstag am späten Nachmittag dort und hatten ein super-feines Thermen- & Saunaerlebnis. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und obwohl viel los war, hatten wir genug Raum für Ruhe und angenehme Saunagänge. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder - ein super Ort für eine kurze Auszeit!

Buongiorno a tutti! Ho letto in molte recensioni che ci sono zone nelle quali è vietato il costume: quindi come si va in giro? Completamente nudi o con l’asciugamano? In pratica hai gente nuda intorno? E se non sei nudo non puoi accedere? Non che sia bigotta, ma è una cosa che non amiamo....

Non puoi visitare la sauna in costume da bagno, perché è considerato dannoso per la salute, ma nessuno ti proibisce di girarti un asciugamano)

Полотенца и халаты за отдельную плату.
Про ребенка думайте сами, там есть детская чаша по моему. Но переходы по улице и когда достаточно прохладно не очень комфортно.
Здравствуйте, выдают ли, при посещении комплекса полотенца и тапочки, или это нужно все брать с собой? Спасибо

Выдают, но за плату от 5 евро, точно не помню. Если хотите сЪэкономить, берите все с собой.
