‪We had an exceptional time at Recaredo! Ton was a very patient, thoughtful and professional guide as he toured us around his family's business. We loved seeing the cellars, learning about the wine growing regions and the processes to develop both Cava and Corpinnat. We were fascinated by the work Recaredo has done to create a market for Corpinnat in Spain. We loved interacting with the Recaredo team, especially watching Jordi disgorge the yeast from the bottles! Finally, the wine itself is delicious. We were able to try a few of the winery's new experiments - Credo still wines, as well as their renowned Recaredo Corpinnats. Cannot recommend this experience enough! Thank you Ton & team!‬

‪Best Winery Tour‬

‪One of the best winery tours. The tour lasts for approximately two hours and they take you through every step of the process, explaining the uniqueness of Corpinnat and the challenges of biodynamic grape growing.

Our guide was the third generation owner, and of course was very passionate. Not at all expensive, especially considering the quality of the four wines tasted.‬

‪Incredible treatment of the staff.

Beatriz is a very, very remarkable person. Tasting in Zalto and Riedel glasses is like flying in business class with unbeatable levels.
A "two steps" from Barcelona, you can spend a day, which will be too short, far from the crowds but with a cultural and social background that will certainly be rare.

The quality of the RECAREDO Corpinnats is far above, if not beyond all levels! To say EXCELLENT is to say nothing.

Corpinnat - sparkling wine - made with passion and dedication, created in harmony with nature and for the pleasure of those who open the bottle.‬

‪A delight!‬

‪We arrived without a reservation for a tour or tasting. When we were informed that nothing was available that day we were about to leave disappointed. A gentleman was walking through the reception area and asked if we would like a tasting. We readily said yes. After a few minutes wait he led us to a beautifully appointed tasting room with four glasses in front of each seat. He then led us through a tasting of wonderful still and sparkling wines. He was very informative. and answered our novice wine questions with patience and grace. Occasionally he had to leave the room and attend to some business. He encouraged us to pour more while he was gone. Toward the end of our tasting I asked him what his role was at the winery and he informed us he was the owner and winemaker! Josep was a humble gentleman who gave us a magnificent experience we will long remember.‬

‪Visita increíble‬

‪Primera visita a una bodega de cava, bueno perdón CORPINNAT. No puedo expresar lo que he sentido. Es más aún de lo que puedas imaginar. Jordi, tercera generación, te hace sentir que aquello es como tuyo, que estás allí y formas parte de la familia. Sabe desde el terruño hasta como se degüella, pasando por la exahustiva vendimia, bodega, trabajo por lo q amas… bueno es que estoy emocionad@por tanta intensidad de amor a lo que hacéis. Jordi, Recaredo… increíble… volveré porque sois auténticos, sois leales a vuestros principios de lo bueno, de lo trabajado, de lo q cuesta trabajo y sale la esencia de lo bien hecho. GRACIAS por una mañana maravillosa, volvéremos a vernos a la vuelta de vendimia, a la vuelta de esas obras que os harán más fácil las cosas y lo veremos más maravilloso aún! Viva esa tercera generación que ha conseguido mantener y avivar lo q el abuelo de quiso. Besos al cielo, ahí estáis 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻‬

‪Unforgettable sparkling wine experience @ Recaredo‬

‪Out of 6 vineyard tours in Spain, Recaredo impressed me the most with their dedication to producing biodynamic organic artisan wines. The respect and love that they have for nature and the traditional art of wine making combine into a wonderful Corpinnat sparkling wine. Under the guidance of our superb host, Lluba, we enjoyed an informative tour of the uniqueness of Recaredo wines. We also enjoyed a bottle of the 2012 Reserve bubbly in the cellar right after it was disgorged by the artisan master. Their other wines were also delicious and pleasing, which makes for a great experience. I’ll be back soon 😄‬

‪Oui Recaredo est une entreprise durable positionnée sur l'avenir‬

‪Une entreprise magnifiquement cohérente dans sont travail quotidien par rapport à ses valeurs de qualité d'éthique et de vision de développement durable. 3 jeunes experts de Recaredo ont consacré leur matinée à nous faire visiter les champs, les processus culturaux, et bien sur les caves, pour nous présenter leurs recherches sur la production de vin biodynamique. Nous avons visité plusieurs sites de production, installés dans des garrigues, présentant toutes les garanties d'une viticulture respectueuse des cycles biologiques et jouant sur toutes les synergies naturelles. Nous avons constaté également leur engagement à rechercher de nouvelles techniques pour améliorer par exemple l'acidité du vin , via des techniques culturales. Leurs réflexions vont très loin, élimination des tuteurs en fer, des attaches plastiques, réintroduction du travail avec cheval pour éviter le tracteur. Une journée inoubliable dans une univers totalement cohérent. BRAVO!!‬
