Son mari a déclaré qu'ils avaient en fait identifié dans le formulaire de réservation une flasa et que la dame avait "plus que de bonnes compétences et une expérience de la conduite de scooters". Il est plus juste que l'on perde 69 euros pour une Vespa qui n'est pas exploitée pour une fausse déclaration ou que la dame perde 69 euros pour ne pas pouvoir du tout conduire de scooter et quitte donc la réservation un jour où nous étions "complet". " et nous avons perdu des clients pour garantir votre réservation, puis plus utilisés à cause de votre faute ? Bien sûr en Italie on dit qu'un "arbre qui tombe qu'une forêt qui pousse" fait plus de bruit. Notre entreprise est une forge florissante de belles expériences mais sûrement sa chute à la première accélération aurait fait plus de bruit que tout, heureusement nous l'avons sauvé et elle veut nous punir maintenant mais vraiment cette revue nous est utile pour expliquer fièrement comment les choses se sont passées et aux clients pour comprendre ce qui est bien et ce qui ne va pas

hello Kevin and I'm happy to hear from you in order to have the opportunity to clarify all the points you listed 1)We have no more 50 cc for a simple reason; 50 cc has the same body of 125 cc and the same weight (110 kg both versions, you can chck on the web for specs) but 50cc have a bad power distribution (50 cc are more aggressive in the starting ) More; 125 had the ABS system so it saved a lot of customers to fall down, including you when you lost control at the first start after 10 meters! You told me you have no expereice at all what I asked and despite my worries you asked for a test.. So even if more expensive we decided to have only 125 cc that in Italy yo can drive with a normal B ( Car) license 2) talking about our "support". well: we ask in all our communication (on the quick and effective booking process you mentioned) that the driver must be with real and really good driving experience on 2 wheels scooter medium size large ( you also admitted to having "flagged" that item to proceed on the booking, substantialy lying..) We can't act as a driving school for many responsibility reasons. It s another job with different skills 3) Money: you booked through our provider "peekPro" (USA) that collects the money and is not refunding for last-minute cancellation (except if we were not able to deliver the service) So yes the 138 euro ( + fee, no 150 € as you mentioned) per 2 Vespa 125 new model ABS was not "in my pocket" but managed by a third USA part..Last but not least when I suddenly stopped your "driving test" it was a lucky moment cause,(let me say after 7 years of experience) you risked going to crash after 20 meters ( was it not?) and a 70 km tour would be fatal I purpose you a vocuher if you would come another time with enoaugh driving experience but... You tahnked me to stop youand this 1 star review ( the only one except another for the same reasons) is not a legitimated review and is clearly an act of spite and a childish revenge..
