The limousine bus from Narita was rescheduled for reserved seats.
You can't even choose to have automatic tickets, and you can't leave noisy customers.
Also, as overseas, I would like to see it banned. It will get dirty in the car.

I've been buying for four people, including my child, with a seat reservation, but I've counted it as empty the moment the child leaves. (The woman on the shortcut who got on the second and got on the first.) 'You're buying here?' And I said, "There's not enough seats!" And he would make three hectic trips around the car, and at the end he would just ask me, 'Show me your ticket.' When I showed him, he finally convinced me that he'd bought it, and there weren't enough seats for five minutes from there! Not enough. He was making a fuss. In the end, I think I turned down the first person because the person who was already on the bike was still there, but it was awfully bad feeling to be light and dumpy while being suspicious in the first place. If you want to check your tickets, you should show them all. It's also funny that I can't manage the number of seats because I've specified them from the WEB and purchased them. It made me feel pretty uncomfortable. I don't know if it's an employee, but it's the worst company because it can't provide employee guidance. I don't think it's a Japanese company.

We took the bus from Haneda Airport to our local station.
We realized we had left something behind after we got off at the last station, but it was outside business hours so we sent an email to inquire. We received a call the next afternoon, but the item we were looking for could not be found. We were the only ones who got off at the last station. It was unfortunate because what we had left behind was some snacks as souvenirs.

I took the bus from the bus stop closest to my house to Haneda Airport just after 10am on a weekday. I boarded by tapping my Suica card. Payment is made in advance. The driver was polite and it was a pleasant drive. I had previously bought a series of tickets, but they were no longer valid, so I went to get a refund for half of the two books. There was no expiration date mentioned when I bought them, and I can still use the Narita Line if I add cash, so I don't understand why they make the tickets invalid. I said the same at the counter. The woman at the counter looked into various things, made some calls, and ended up refunding me in cash for 80% of the amount. The staff was polite.

Used the Airport Limousine bus twice during our Winter 2023/4 holiday to Japan (to & from the airport). Friendly staff, on time and arrived early.
Sadly, announcements are only made in Japanese (no English etc) so you need to know in advance when/where you're getting off.

On that day, I got on a bus bound for Haneda Airport.
There was a misunderstanding between us, and despite our apologies, the driver continued to use abusive language and swear words, glaring at me.
It was very unpleasant, and certainly not the way to treat a customer.
Furthermore, even though I was not even on board and not seated, the bus started moving and I almost fell and got injured.
I understand that some people are taking measures to ensure safety during the New Year holidays, but isn't this completely dangerous behavior?
It was very unpleasant.
I will never use it again.

It wasn't so much the bus company that was concerned, but rather the poor manners of the passengers, that made me think I might not be able to get a seat.
There are no reserved seats, but tickets are only sold for the number of seats, so each person must have one seat.
However,
There was a child sleeping with two chairs reclined to the maximum, but the parents didn't even try to wake him up.
They had their bag fastened to the seat belt and didn't try to move it.
There were several people, regardless of age or gender, occupying two chairs.
Even though there were a lot of people like this, the bus company didn't tell them to do anything, so we had to ask them? Shouldn't they move their luggage and sit down? That's weird.
I thought it was easier than the train, but it made me feel bad.
I wish people could be a little more considerate.

Their schedule has not come back to normal, but enough buses were running between Haneda Airport and Hotel Metropolitan. I bought a ticket online and waited to board a bus at 17:20 at Hotel Metropolitan. The bus arrived, but left without me! That was shocking. It was the error of the hotel.

回数券の返金が出来るとカウンターで購入した際に言われたので使いきれるか分からなかったけど使いきれなかった分は返金可能なら!と思い購入したものの
返金対応をお願いしたところ
返金は出来ないと言われました。
チケット販売員が私に間違った説明をしたことを認めたにも関わらず
そのこちらの会社は責任を取らないとのこと。
間違った案内をして
すみません、間違えてましたで済まされるなんて
そんな会社世の中にあるんだなと驚きです。
しまいには、返金を求める私がクレーマー扱い。
そして、有効期限があるんだから使えばいいと言われ
その辺のレストランにお食事に行くような
簡単行く場所でもない飛行機に乗らない限り行かない空港へ
無理矢理使えばいいと言われても、、、
そしては、私は返金可能と言われたから購入しただけで
返金不可だったら回数券は購入していないし
可能と説明を受けた以上
出来るものだと思ったから返金をお願いしただけなのに
元々安く提供しているんだから返金しなくても得しているはずと言われ
返金を求めるなんてこちらが赤字になるようなことを求められてもと私をクレーマー扱い。
もし、私が返金不可と説明を受けて買ったのに返金を求めるたらそれはクレーマーですが
今回の件は違うと思う。
そちらのミスで販売したなら
返金対応をすべきだと思う。
どんなミスをして
すみません一言で終わらせられるなんて信じられないです。
その謝罪の態度も例え電話だったとしても
心から謝罪しているのかって
電話越しでも伝わるけど
電話越しでも、本当に態度が悪く最低でした。
結局、こっちの泣き寝入りです。

羽田空港から自宅最寄りのバス停まで乗車しました。空港に着いてすぐ、雨にぬれずにバスに乗り込めます。キャリーはトランクで預かってくれます。新型車両のようで、各席にテーブルが付いていて、網ポケットもありました。充電もできますし、無料WIFIもあり、快適に過ごせました。

Hi there, Can you please tell me if it is necessary to buy and book tickets for the limo bus from Narita to my hotel ahead of time? I would ot know for sure what time I would clear customs, and wonder if I can just buy ticket at the airport? Suggestions please.

You can definitely buy them at the airport. We arrived at 5:30pm on Saturday. I had the same concerns as you about if I had to prebook. And you really don't need to. As soon as you pass through customs (roughly 35mins) the bright Orange counter is directly across for purchasing tickets. Airport Limousine is a very efficiently run company. Very easy and helpful. Absolutely no reason to worry.

A taxi from Adachi area to Haneda would be quite expensive. The best option is to use the Limousine Bus from one of the Adachi hotels (you need to check if your hotel is one of them). It takes about one hour and would cost about Yen 1,200. The alternative is train that would cost between Yen 600 to Yen 900. You need to check the nearest station and whether it goes to Hamamatsucho Station (Monorail to Haneda) or use one of the other lines that also goes to Haneda. It is easy to check out the best train option.

Hi all :) Need help. I will be arriving at the Haneda airport at 6 am. I need to go to the hotel Nippon Sheinenkan Shinjuku. Can anyone please tell me which one will be the nearest stop for me in Shinjuku? Also, if its far, to catch a taxi, can I just stop an ongoing taxi on the road or there are dedicated taxi stands? The Limousine Bus Service operates from Hanada to the Shinjuku Bus Terminal. You will find the ticket office just outside the exit from Baggage Claim. From the bus terminal catch a taxi to your hotel. A taxi from Hanada to Shinjuku is too expensive. The other option is to catch the monorail to Hamatsucho Station and then the JR Yamanote Line (silver and green) to Shinjuku Station and then catch a taxi to your hotel. This option depends on how much luggage you have.Ideally have your hotel name and address in Japanese as taxi drivers do not have much English

My international flight arrives in Haneda at 20:35 (8:35pm). Should I reserve the bus for 21:20 or 22:00 for Shin-Urayasu? I’m not sure how long it would take to get to the bus stop?

Hi, I cannot honestly tell you, as I've been through Haneda twice now & both times early morning. The first time was on a weekday & we cleared customs within 30 mins. The second time was on a Sunday & there was a horrendous queue at immigration & it took us about an hour/30 to clear customs. Why don't you forget about buying your ticket online & purchase it at the bus ticket counter in the arrival hall, it takes about 5-10 mins to get from there to bus stop 5. The first trip we took the bus to Kasai station so we bought our tickets at the bus counter (no queue), there were about 10 people on the bus & we were 5 of them. On the second trip we took the bus to Fuji so we reserved our tickets online, there were still plenty of free seats. Make sure you fill in the immigration & custom cards on the plane before landing at Haneda.
