Unbelievably low level of service. Consierge sent me to Gold’s Gym and said I don’t need my passport, ID will do. When I arrive there, gym won’t let me in and demanded passport.
The breakfast is really not good. The breakfast lounge chef even refuse to make egg white omelette, instead wanted it to be ordered via restaurant.
Brought guests to the 35 floor executive lounge and they wanted to charge 1900 per person that are not staying on the floor. Normally even one room should at least cover 2 guests, nope not with them.
They actually wanted to charge guests for using the gym after 7am-Unless you are on the executive floor otherwise it’s really not a free amenities for guests.
The room is pleasant but bathroom is not. Shower head doesn’t stay still and the water pressure turns it away from you. The tub is way too small.
Some staff is nice however, this hotel isn’t worth the time. Definitely not worth the money.

Visited here a few weeks ago and it was great. Decided to book again and arrived to the front desk after a long trip. My wife had checked in earlier so I asked for a key to allow me to use the elevator and get to my room. The guy tells me, "no, I gave your wife 2 keys and only 2 keys to a room"! So I have to keep ringing to wake my wife up because he couldn't give me another plastic key. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel!! Unfortunately I have another 6 nights booked here but will probably look elsewhere.

Spent three nights in this wonderful hotel. Location is very convenient to Shibuya station, restaurants and shopping areas.

友人の舞台があり観に行きました。
「能楽堂」はセルリアンタワー東急ホテルの地下２階にあるので、舞台鑑賞の前後にホテル内でお茶など楽しむ事が可能で久しぶりにゆっくり自分の時間が過ごせます。
ホテルでは渋谷はエンターテイメントの街でもあることから音楽や映画そして能楽堂を活かしたイベントを様々に企画しているそうです。
７月には、野村万作監修ワークショップ「狂言ノススメ」が開催されます！

One of my two go-to hotels in Tokyo for the last many years. I have stayed there many times. Sometimes alone, sometimes with family, and sometimes my wife and son without me!!! Always happy.
Location is great and central. Service, delightful. Rooms clean to the max. Good size rooms.

Stayed here for four nights in January. Amazing service, the staff are just brilliant and so helpful. Room was spacious with a great view of Tokyo skyline. Shower was a wet room and a separate bath. Never saw housekeeping maids and yet would leave a notice that room could be cleaned and within an hour it was! Only four points as gym facilities were chargeable even if you were a paying guest and tea/coffee in the room was also chargeable. The staff though were just amazing and I would recommend staying here plus less than 5 minute walk to Shibuya.

セルリアンタワーの東急ホテル内、地下2階にある能楽堂です。
渋谷の再開発の一環で作られました。
能、狂言公演は定員200名、舞台と客席が近く、演者、囃子方を間近で観ることができます。
能だけではなく、演劇、舞踊、コンサートなども行われ、公演が無い日は無料で見学もできます。

セルリアンタワー東急ホテル地下2階、能楽堂でのコンサート。
狭い空間でのコンサートなので、演者がとてもよく見えて贅沢な時間でした。
空いている時間には能楽堂の中の見学もできるようです。

セルリアンタワー東急ホテルの地下2階にある能楽堂。
そんなに広くないので、正面席ではなくても、どの席からでも身近に鑑賞することが出来る。

I along with my family stayed for two nights in this hotel. I had a Japanese suite while my other children had the single rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with all the amenities including the famous Japanese automatic toilet seats.
The hotel is located close to the Shibuya train station and the famous Shibuya pedestrian crossing and near the shopping and restaurants.
The staff is very courteous, and was surprised to see the bell "girls" lifting and moving the heavy luggage.
This hotel provides a paid shuttle service to the airport for $30 per person, which is much cheaper than a taxi.
The only inconvenience I found was the hotel lobby had not enough seats as the guests had to stand around, though there was enough space. Later they put dinning chairs in the lobby for the guest to sit, as they realized the situation.
Another negative was the complimentary buffet breakfast with the Japanese suit eon the 35th floor had very limited variety placed on a small counter. There was no service at all even for coffee, and you had to get up for each and every thing.
There is a restaurant in the lobby, where a cup of coffee was $8 and a glass of orange juice for $11. It is best if you went outside to a corner breakfast shop near the hotel and had breakfast there.
