I went with my girlfriend last night for an after dinner. Excellent hazelnut coffee and the characteristic Roccobaba. The prices are quite high, for a slice of dessert we are talking between 6 and 7 euros, but the problem was the environment. There is no way in 2024 there will still be places that allow smoking indoors. Of course there were windows all around, so in theory it was an open area then covered for the winter, but it constituted to all intents and purposes a closed place where practically everyone smoked. At a certain point, perhaps at someone's request, I don't know, they opened the cover of the outdoor area to let it air. It is not tolerable, we must respect all customers and not just smokers.

Untrained staff, waiting times, at least an hour and a half and the place wasn't even full. Food was sold out and it's Christmas Eve

It's not my habit to give negative reviews, usually in these cases, I prefer not to do them. We start with a waiter who welcomes us into a half-empty place and decides where we should sit and with the same arrogance takes the drink, oh well, let's ignore it. The aperitif arrives, I taste my Apertas, I realize that perhaps only the smell of Aperol, the color is light orange. I called the waiter and asked if they had forgotten and if so to add it! He comes back saying that the Aperol was there anyway. At this point either they don't know how to be a barman or they are cheaters!

The place is nice, yes, but if you don't eat well, you don't need a nice place, they brought 2 croissants to the table and after half an hour the two cappuccinos, a wait and terrible service, plus the very high price of €10 for a breakfast 😱 ABSURD !!

abbiamo ordinato 2 gin tonic e 2 gin lemon, da portare via.. 8,50€ cada uno e fino a qui ci sta… chiediamo 2 tanqueray, un monkey e un hendrik’s, serviti senza voglia, sprecandosi il minimo, con tonica di bottiglia e senza un po’ di limone… per poi scoprire che bisogna pagare il supplemento di 4 euro all’uno, meno l’hendrik’s per un euro in meno, il gin che vale di piu. lascio giudicare voi. noi 4 paghiamo e ringraziamo ma non torneremo piu. grazie per la cattiva esperienza.

Due sale interne non areate in cui è permesso fumare, inutile dire che l'aria è irrespirabile. Al di là dell'illegalità della cosa (solo per questo meriterebbe una denuncia), personale maleducato ed inefficiente, che nel giro di un'ora non è stato capace di farci accomodare in uno dei tavoli verso l'esterno (gli unici in cui non arrivava il fumo). Morale della favola: ce ne siamo andati. Assolutamente da sconsigliare.

Il personale è poco reattivo alle richieste dei clienti, il tiramisù è pessimo e i prezzi un po’ alti i. Per fare una chiacchiera con amici è ok.

Locale ottimo, con barman ottimi, soprattutto il barman con il piercing sul naso e ciuffetto, garbato a modo e pieno di fantasia(e anche molto carino).
