Just back from the Malvern Autumn show on 22/09/23 and really enjoyed it but the prices of food are ridiculous. If you want coffee and a cake the prices are probably what you would pay on the high street but £11.50 for a hotdog or £10.00 for a burger without any chips just sounds like the vendors are taking advantage of the cost of living inflation crisis to charge outrageous prices. This was the first year I've been at the show when there has been zero queue for food and it didn't take long to work out why. Even though we normally have lunch there we wouldn't pay their prices on principal, even though we can afford to so unless you've got money to burn I suggest you bring your own food. Otherwise enjoy the price of entrance for the Autumn show is very good value

This show is now way over priced and I know people who haven't gone this year due to high admission prices. Seems to get smaller each year probably due to the costs they charge the sellers. They are getting very greedy.

RHS Spring show, we visited this show for the first time and a blessing in disguise is arriving early to the parking area. The show is very well marshalled but as you can imagine for a country area the main roads soon become very busy with all the additional traffic.The show itself was very well laid out and everything catered for as you would expect, given the times we are in the associated costs for hospitality have certainly increased from our last visit to such a show but an enjoyable day none the less, the bonus being it was a dry day with many sunny intervals.

As we were supposed to be changing our motorhome (which didn’t happen) we missed Lincoln show, but saw that Warners had taken this venue over ( they already have one earlier in the year which we go to, so thought right we’re off bunged everything we needed in the Moho (hopefully) and came to the show, a bit disappointing, no extra loos or showers (Hubby always uses them, when there) - me use our own,) not a great deal of mohos there, but the weather wasn’t to bad and we got away for a break. The entertainment from all accounts was good Sunday night was a racket, but it all stops ten thirty on time, and we had no noisy people coming back or trying to find their motorhome. This was October 2022 and cost £70 thur to mon.

We visited the Autumn Flower Show 2022. This was our first visit to the Show & The Showground so not sure what it was like in the past. I do think it is worth a visit.
The food stall we visited was expensive but was expecting it at an event like this. Some Celebs here, giving talks etc on all 3 days but not same Celebs.
It's cheaper if you buy your ticket's online in advance but you can buy ticket's on the gate when you get there. For the flower shows anyway, not sure about any other event's they hold.
Lot's of other event's held here. Free parking in the field over the road, but can pay to park a bit closer.
People had little trolleys on wheels to put plants & stuff in, as it's a big site lot's of stalls & a long walk back to the car, depending where you parked and where about's you are on site.
I think they had a free shuttle bus from one of the Train Stations, but not 100% sure.
Various different stalls selling various different things. Plant stalls, garden equipment stalls amongst others.

I have been going to the autumn show for years now and had a great time but this was the worst show I have had there very expensive and to find that the food hall had gone also seem to be lacking lots of stands that always used to be there really felt disappointed on the whole show

Visited Friday (1st day). Definitely not as much there as in previous years. Tickets are not cheap, with no concessions for older people. Mostly food and drink stalls. Little in way of horticulture and agriculture. You would be hard pressed to identify this as a County show, with little to distinguish it from any other "special " event.
We had completed the circuit in 2 hours. Not wanting to waste our money, we stayed another 2 aimlessly wandering, trying to see if we had missed something.

Yes you can bring your own foldable chairs and picnic if you so desire. However, there are lots of places to get drinks or food and plastic chairs and tables to use.

It's around 2.5 miles from the Malvern rail station, there are buses from the station to the showground - I believe (but haven't experienced special buses on a regular shuttle on show days.

Sorry to tell you that the summer show has finished,try looking forward to the Autumn show which is really good for family, lots of activity ,also adults,with gardening, old bus's,Lorries,+ caravans, then all enjoy the view amazing!.
You can go on line or phone, but please go + enjoy.

You will find that the main routes are tarmac and hold up well under wet weather. The problem, if there is one, is that all the stalls and stands are on the grass and if it is something like the RHS Spring Fair which is well attended, the grass can quickly turn to "soup". When we go to these events we always wear stout walking shoes as you will be surprised how much walking you actually do.
We have been many times in both dry, sunny and wet, cold conditions. Walking boots have never let us down. Tried it once in wellies, and found that after a time they can cause blisters as they move around the foot too much.
