We rented a car in August, the 700 euro voucher contained "INCLUDED" items but at the end of the rental they charged our credit card for 394 euros. Useless reports and reminders.

Davide and Carlo were fantastic. From communicating weeks before the trip and addressing all our questions to thoroughly walking us through the rental process, everything was top notch. The bikes were perfect and equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic multi day touring trip. We will definitely be back to rent from them.

Carlo e Davide sono come sempre super accoglienti e precisi (sono un noleggiatore seriale). Quest'anno avendo 2 weekend lunghi da motorizzare ho pensato subito a Hertzride Milano! Primo weekend mi son detto proviamo l'Xcape della Morini, prima impressione wow, impressione globale dopo 3 giorni super wow!! Milano Busalla in autostrada copertura aerodinamica perfetta anche oltre i 130, usciamo e ci facciamo statali e passi sino a Lavagna e ogni curva è firmata Brembo e Marzocchi: entrata in curva impeccabile e uscita con la giusta cavalleria. Siamo in 2 con 3 borse piene. Il giorno successivo sparino Lavagna S. Stefano D'Aveto e ritorno con bauletto. Confermate tutte le impressioni del giorno 1: una moto perfetta a cui manca solo qualche cavallo per spavaldare ma bella leggera e perfetta anche per neofiti e turisti. Le gommone Pirelli ululano un po' troppo ma ti danno grande sicurezza in ogni condizione.
Weekend 2 Nuova GS750F, una BMW: più o meno stesso dinamica, viaggio veloce, uscita con curve, secondo giorno al Bracco. Impressione generale? Ricorda più la Hornet che il GS (vecchia maniera) copertura aerodinamica zero assoluto (in 2 oltre i 110 hai la testa che sventaglia, sia davanti sia dietro. Il (non) cupolino di prima dotazione è inutile. Per il resto superaccessoriata, elettronica da vendere ma anche 40 Kg di troppo e posizione di guide ne carne ne pesce... Mi ricordavo migliori impressioni dai precedenti noleggi (2016-17).
Xcape batte BMW 1 a 0.
Weekend 2 Nuova GS750F, una BMW: più o meno stesso dinamica, viaggio veloce, uscita con curve, secondo giorno al Bracco. Impressione generale? Ricorda più la Hornet che il GS (vecchia maniera) copertura aerodinamica zero assoluto (in 2 oltre i 110 hai la testa che sventaglia, sia davanti sia dietro. Il (non) cupolino di prima dotazione è inutile. Per il resto superaccessoriata, elettronica da vendere ma anche 40 Kg di troppo e posizione di guide ne carne ne pesce... Mi ricordavo migliori impressioni dai precedenti noleggi (2016-17).

Profesional and trustwotrhy! New bikes in perfect condition. Representative on site give great service, very helpful (Carlos). I had many questions before i decided to rent. All got answered quickly. Price is reasonable,concidering what you get. Nothing more to say,really. If you are thinking of renting a motorcycle in Milan,this is the place!

We had an amazing experience with Hertz Ride Milan. From the beginning of our communications via email with Daniele to our in person pick up and return with Carlo, everything went smoothly. My bike was perfect the entire week and was exactly as described on the website. As a rider that’s not very tall, Daniele helped me to find the perfect height motorcycle from their fleet. The pick up process was simple and quick. Carlo explained everything regarding our contract and our specific bike in a helpful and professional way. He was quick and efficient and got 5 of us on way in no time. We were able to leave our big suitcases at the office while we were gone which was super helpful. We will definitely use Hertz Ride again!!

Hertz Ride Milano is a great rental agency. Carlo is knowledgeable, helpful and provides great customer service. The rental bikes are in good shape. Daniele handled the reservation with ease and good communication.

Hertz surprise me with motorcycles!
I’ve never know that they rent out bikes Awesome ! Carlo kindly help us with choosing right bike, and gave us invaluable advice. It was pleasure to meet so great person. We’ve made great tour to Switzerland mountains .
