On the day , 2 of my 7 grandchildren were unable to attend so we asked for a refund but were refused. They stated that according to their T&C's you cannot cancel within 48 hours. We argued that we were NOT cancelling the booking just reducing the numbers. And the T&C's state that you can ADD numbers at a moment's notice. So unfair as I paid for this and am on a pension. So I was £40 down.

Attended with my 2 sons and had a great time. Games were fun and responsive and you really do feel immersed in the action.
Had a right laugh while playing and will definitely go back.
This would work as an activity with friends, family and even for a date night, you can even order drinks to be brought to you!
If you are looking for a fun, different experience, you can’t go wrong with immersive gamebox.

Great fun, took my grandchildren 12&13 who loved it…after playing squid games they then played ghostbuster…each were very different and they loved them both xx it does feel a little expensive but when you actually do it , it feels like good value , highly recommend

Lakeside venue is the best! Staff are lovely and venue is clean! Highly recommend and Emma and Henry are great! Squid games and Ghostbusters are my recommendations.

Amazing experience!
Would recommend to everyone.
Customer service was top notch, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The venue was clean and tidy and everything worked as it should. It’s in a great location for drinks/food/shopping etc.
We will be returning and recommending.

I like it here but they seem to have ramped prices up. It's now £76 for one adult, a 12yr and 11yr old for one hour!! Way too much money I'm afraid. I paid about £55 before which I accept.

It's a good choice for a party event for a small group of children. Not very expensive and really funny. We arranged a PSYCHEDELIC MANSION

We took my son here for his 8th birthday and my daughter who is 5 years old along with my husband. I can truly say the whole family had a great time and loved to experience. This was the first time we have been to an immersive games box so we weren’t sure what to expect but we loved it. From the offset the staff were very friendly and explained everything before we went into our games room.
Setting up for the games were easy, the visors were easy to put on and the instructions video was easy to follow. The room was clean and fresh and we enjoyed the music playing as the games commenced.
We played Angry birds and Shaun the Sheep which were really great choices for the age group we had. My children found it easy to select characters and moving around the room was. My children played the games and completed the tasks with ease. The picture quality was very clear and the sound was perfect; not too loud but loud enough to fully enjoy the experience. It was also super easy to order drinks, about 30 seconds after we placed the order one of the staff members was at the door with our refreshments.
Gameplay is super easy, when your coloured visors is selected on the screen it’s your turn to play. Playing the game requires a mixture of tapping the screen wall and physically moving around the room.
Out of the 2 games I personally enjoyed Shaun the sheep the best because you ran around a bit more but angry birds was still great and I would play it again.
We booked for an hour slot which I think is a really good amount of time. My children never once said they were bored and when we had finished they were satisfied with the time they spent. The games are broken down into different time bound sections so the pace is fast enough to enjoy without dragging.
The toilets were nice and clean and I loved the fact that using the lockers to store your things didn’t cost any money.
We chose to go to Lakeside as there’s so much to do there for children in the shopping centre and it’s easy to grab lunch for them too. My children can’t wait to go back and to be honest neither can I!

We went here for my son's birthday and him and his friends had the best time! We can't wait to go again! They played the Alien game where it is interactive from the start with also great 80's music playing which me and my husband loved!
