There is a sign outside Ulian spa that says "Silence inside" and coupled with the warm foot wash under a beautiful pandanas and the very charming receptionist we were expecting a pleasant experience once inside. However the therapists didn't follow their own rules and chatted in a highly audible "whisper" for almost the whole 30 minutes of our Rp 100,000 each foot and leg treatment. There is something to be said about the therapist being "present" when giving any massage - you can feel the difference, and out foot and leg was average at best. Now I know we weren't face down in a separate room getting the Rp 180,000 Balinese massage but if that was the standard I would get up and walk out.

Had a shellac pedicure and the Lotus spa package here during my 2 night stay on the island and both treatments were sensational. Around 4 hours of treatments in total and the value for money was outstanding. The staff are so lovely too. I visit a lot of day spas and I can say the pedicure was the best I’ve ever had. Tika was so thorough - my nails have never looked so perfect. The massage and facial were also brilliant - I almost fell asleep! I really encourage anyone looking for a relaxing time to pop in and see the girls. I’m just sad this place isn’t closer to home!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this spa! It is located close to the beach so you can enjoy the beach vibes. The interior has a lot of nice touches. You are welcommed with a nice drink, cooled towel and footbath with flowers and at the end of your treatment you are presented with a ginger tea. But most importantly; the massage I came for was wonderfull and the therapist very professional and kind

Awesome massage. My wife had foot reflexology and i had deep tissue massage. . We were both very happy with our massage and the foot wash to start with cented towel was great and ginger tea to finish. Beautiful attentive staff and very clean ..

Wonderful massage and very nice manicure in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Staff very kind and professional. Would definitly come back.

This spa is well run - clean and professional staff. When we arrived we were served with a refreshing cool mint towel and flavoured water. We were the treated to a foot wash. The coconut body scrub was relaxing - the light pedicure was thorough.

Had a fabulous Balinese style massage and a great pedicure. Both services were delivered by professionals in a spotless, lovely spa. We were welcomed with a cool drink, cold towel and pleasant foot wash. Best place I’ve tried in South East Asia so far.

Profesjonell og hyggelig betjening. Fine og rene lokaler. Fikk både pedikyr og manikyr her. Veldig billig, kan virkelig anbefales 😊
