Waren zu 2 bei der Massage und wurden in einen doch sehr angenehmen Raum 1 og geführt. Die Massage war jedoch leider sehr schlecht, wir hätten beide am liebsten nach 5 min abgebrochen. Es wurde lustlos massiert und auch viel zu stark massiert. Die Masseurin hatte total raue und ungepflegte Hände was auch Total unangenehm war, die Lage ist top und auch der Laden macht von außen einen guten Eindruck aber das bringt auch nichts wenn man sich danach verspannter fühlt als davor ^^

非常让人舒心的服务过程，5岁小朋友一起去的，可以把大人一些时间留一些给好朋友，可以体验体验。问着迷人的精油香味，伴随着悠扬的音乐，小朋友自己等候的时候竟然一点不耐烦也没有，真是给爸妈一个轻松的休息时间。赞

Wir hatten eine Thai Massage mit Öl, Schwangerschaftsmassage und Pediküre.
Wir wurden in einem klimatischen Raum mit Liege und frischen Handtüchern gebracht.
Beide Massagen waren sehr gut. Die Massage für Schwangere wurde (auf der Seite only) unter Bedacht durchgeführt.
Ingesamt war es sehr sauber und wir waren zufrieden. Sind auch etwas günstiger als die Konkurrenz nebenan.
Manko: Die günstige Pediküre beinhaltet nur Nägelschneiden und Farbe - ein bisschen mehr wäre auch ok ohne das man gleich das große Paket für 300 baht mehr buchen muss. Die Trockenzeit dort ist zu kurz :(

Très beau salon avec vue senteurs et musique zen
Massage agréable corps et pieds
Dommage pour la qualité des ongles au gel aux mains, je ne comprends pas pourquoi le vernis part de plus haut que le départ de l ongle...les pieds pas de soucis rien à dire
Les mains je dois les refaire au bout d une semaine dommage
Je connais ce SPA depuis 2017 c est la première fois que ça m arrive et je n ai pas réussit à lui expliquer mon mécontentement

Had the most amazing aroma massage today! I have had shoulder pain for months - the masseuse used hot herbal presses and I honestly have so much more Mobility. Feeling so relaxed this evening it’s incredible, will definitely be back before we go home!

The foot massage was great. The therapists sometimes seemed to gossip and talk amongst each other, but other than that, it was a good experience.

Excellent value from money, efficient and prompt service, very superior quality massages. My sister and I were on a sisters trip and this was one of the spas that came up those in Tripadvisor, as well as our hotels concierge. We went twice and it didn’t disappoint, the first time we got the head neck and foot massage with the sea view, the next day we got the private time massage and both were incredible.

Après avoir testé plusieurs salon de massage, je me suis arreté sur Cyan Spa et j’y suis retourné tous les jours ! J’ai testé presque tous les massages et ils sont excellents. De plus, les masseuses et masseurs sont très gentils et aimables. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermées.

Just fabulous. Fancied a treat, very last minute I messaged via Facebook and they were able to offer me all 3.5 hours the next morning at 11am. My lady was great and so attentive. They really give you every minute of your appointment time which does not happen at all spas! Only one thing I would of liked would be a form to fill prior to the treatments to state which pressure/which areas I would like preference on, apart from that 5 star from me.
I plan to return in two days time to try other treatments!

If you are having a foot massage you just need to ensure you have shorts or trousers that can roll up to your knees. If you are having body massages they provide robes to change into.

Hi Kitty, If you are already there in Koh Samui they hand out brochures with all the treatment options and packages detailed with prices. The prices are higher in that brochure than you will be able to bargain for in person at the Spa.
As a rough guide, the more people in your group the greater the discount. Our family of 6 was able to get 50% off the published prices for foot massages and pedicures (200 Baht each treatment). If you are single or a smaller group 30% is more likely unless you are taking a package in which case aim for 50% off.
We never needed to wait long even when there were 6 of us. As you wait you are brought refreshing cold towels and drinking water, afterwards hot tea. One day when my partner and I got 2 hour packages which were to occur in a VIP room with stunning views over the beach, I worried we would have to wait till the room came free. Then I discovered that the building is several stories high so there are multiple VIP rooms available. Also our package included the 4 hands hot oil massage where we each had two masseuses working on us. Again, no problem and booking not needed. We waited maybe 5 minutes in reception while they got things ready. Hope this helps.
