Ein fantastischer privater Kochkurs! Wir haben köstliche thailändische Gerichte gekocht, wurden hervorragend betreut und haben dabei viel gelernt und gelacht! Eine tolle Erfahrung- absolut empfehlenswert!

We loved our class - from exploring the fresh food market with our guide, to bashing up spices to make our red curry sauce, through to cooking and eating - with a wonderful view overlooking the bay. It was the best meal we had in Koh Samui - and we cooked it ourselves!

We had a wonderful evening with Pick and Areesa. They were both so knowledgeable and helped us prepare a delicious meal that we can’t wait to recreate when we get home. The experience was made all the more special by the incredible view!

I had the pleasure of taking a cooking class with Stephanie at Infusion Cooking in Koh Samui, and it was an incredible experience. Stephanie’s deep knowledge of Thailand's culture, especially when it comes to local dishes, made the class not just about cooking, but also about understanding the rich history and origins of the dishes we prepared.
Throughout the session, I learned to make several delicious vegan Thai dishes, including lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf nuggets, mushroom larb, green mango salad, and coconut wonton soup, to name a few. My absolute favorite part was learning how to make the wonton parcels—Stephanie’s guidance made it so much fun and easy to follow.
Stephanie was also fantastic at tailoring the lesson to my vegan preferences, ensuring that the dishes were not only authentic but also plant-based. If you’re in Koh Samui and want to learn how to cook Thai dishes, I highly recommend booking a class at Infusion Cooking.

This was a great experience! Got picked up at our hotel and went straight to a local market which was very interesting and fun. After that we went to the cooking school which was a really nice and clean location. As soon as we arrived we were provided with a variety of drink options.
Peedam, Tik and Stephanie were great teachers. Explained everything in thoughtful details and in a good pace. The food they thought was really tasty and authentic. You make more than enough food and if you don't eat everything they will give it away so nothing goes to waste, which is really nice.
Can really recommend this cooking class which is private, hand to hand learning. You get to choose between a huge variety of dishes, really nice and friendly teachers and amazing food.

We are not sure, you would have to ask the people there. They are very friendly and I would think they would be fine, but please ask to be sure. Hope you enjoy the experience as much as we did.

there's space left tomorrow for the 2-hour class, starting at 5 PM (990 THB/person) and on Friday for both the 2-hour class and the half-day class, starting at 10 AM (1890 THB/person).
Hotel transfer is included for your hotel for the half-day class.

- half-day class and market tour: each pair select their own dishes (nearly 200 dishes on the menu!)
- 2-hour class and organic garden tour: you cook according to a single menu
