Apesar de ser uma empresa com bastante variedade e qualidade de oferta ( Kayks, SUP, canoas) o atendimento ao nosso grupo não foi dos melhores.
Há certas situações que precisam de ser corrigidas, com isto me refiro ao atendimento de um jovem rapaz, deduzo que seja o proprietário, que sinceramente não preciso de ir aos pormenores da conversa mas sim ao tom de que o mesmo usou ao falar connosco.
Um bocado de arrogância e na educação e um exemplo do qual alguém não deve ter ao trabalhar num deste tipo de trabalho.
Espero que leve esta crítica num modo não apenas negativo mas sim construtivo porque tem uma boa empresa para tudo dar certo só basta saber falar melhor com os clientes.

Pay attention to the cost BEFORE taking the boat: we asked if we could decide during the tour if having a 30 minutes or a 1h tour in canoa; we have been told no problem,we came back after 27 minutes and we have been asked to Pay 1h. We explained they (same persons!) told us we could decide the duration during the tour,so we asked to Pay for our 30 minutes. The guy was not listening to us,just keeping to repete the cost for 1h in a very aggressive way. We paid to avoid discussion,but very unfair behaviour. Pay attention.

We were with four persons at the lake and were for a guided canoe tour - and it was incredibly beautiful to be at this blessed spot if the earth in the middle of the lake - it was breathtaking and amazing, and we recommend it a lot

This is a great company. Easy to work with, plenty of kayaks available even on a gorgeous Saturday afternoon, and reasonably priced. How all kayak operators should be (but rarely are). Kayaking in the Sete Cidades caldera is a must-do activity if you’re in the Azores.
