‪This rather quirky statue sits at the entrance of O'Brien Park on the Calder Highway as is easy to spot. especially if you are on the silo trail.
The Nullawil Iron Man is holding a stick in his hand which is a “nod” to the history of the town. The name of the town is derived from the Aboriginal words, “Nulla” which means killing stick, and “Wil” derived from the term “willock” meaning Galah.‬
