Before the existence of Solenad along the highway, residents nearby shopped at Paseo. There are scores of garment, shoe,sports items, accessories, and similar signature brand outlets.So if you wanted to get value of your earned money you may patronize the stores at Paseo. There are also fast-food restaurants that serve the call-center workers in the area. Prices of items here are priced reasonable compared with its neighboring Solenad complex, that serves more the middle and high-end clientele.
Paseo also serves as the landmark upon approaching Nuvali area. The buildings here are old compared with Solenad. But most of the restaurants here have affordable prices.There are areas here where parking is free. But there were occasions that you have to pay P15 per entry. Parking slots here are hard to find on weekends and holidays. I suggest you start your shopping at 10 am when most stores are opened. There are also banks and supermarket in the area.

Food is ok. Not great, but not bad either. The maguro salmon chirashe was so so. Salmon part was ok, but the maguro was terrible. Service is good. Prices are reasonable.

アウトレットモールエリア、ファーストフード、ローカルフードエリア、日用雑貨売り場…混じり合いながらも大きな敷地内にそれぞれ入り込んでいる。特にローカルフードエリアは週末にとても混雑している。

How Paseo Sta Rosa has grown and developed into a destination for those looking for bargains. Used to be the only outlets here were sporting goods shops, now not only have the shops grew(Nike jas a big space the the back), but they also diversified to include Marks and Specer, Beauty Bar, Gap, etc. Parking is not a problem nor are places to eat.
We found excellent bargains here - definitely cheaper than in Manila.

If you are in the Metro South, what a better way to go shopping in a cozy ambiance is to take a stop at Paseo de Sta Rosa. The outlets are superb. You have the best buy for branded clothes and shoes. Food outlets abound, too.

Paseo was very different back in 2012 - way before Nuvali boomed. Still, we often visit Paseo because of Blue Corner and Dacky's (their food court more than a decade old). Paseo is clean - with lots of trees that surrounds it. However, I've noticed that they're burning the grass behind the old market in Paseo (near Blue corner). It's not a good sight, but yeah - they need to cut down those grass to prevent snakes etc.

Nice outlet mall although it is a bit far from the city. Lots of different shops to choose from. There are really nice gardens and grassy areas between the buildings that make it look nice. There also wasn't a lot of people so it wasn't crowded at all.

If you are from Alabang, take a UV van going to Nuvali or Tagaytay. It will enter the Sta. Rosa toll gate , passes by Coca-Cola plant then it would stop at 7-11 store near a supermarket. Disembark after the stop light then cross the road going to Paseo de Sta Rosa. At the back of the restaurants and specilaty stores is where the Outlet Mall is located. There are also other signature brands sold nearby not only at the outlet mall.There are also signture brands at Solenad stores in the viciity. If you are from Calamba, take a UV EXpress van at Crossing going to Nuvali. There is a jeepney and UV van terminal on the basement of a supermarket nearby.
