I agree with all the other writers before me.
It is worth the money. They really take care of all your needs. You feel so relaxed during the session and your body can take in all of this in a good way.

A beautiful spa with amazing therapists. I had a body scrub + massage, my therapist was kind, intuative and very very good!
I recommend taking advantage of their special offers available before 1pm, the prices are very good! A much better option than other massages in the area, in an AMAZING day spa. I can’t wait to come back tomorrow!!!

The service is really good. Fon is very warm and nice to care my feedback. Bow is highly recommended if u likes strong pressure yet very gentle in take care of your pain point. Love their product too.

In Balance at Novotel Karon Beach is a professionally run facility with well trained staff. Prices are higher than the spas in the street, but well worth the extra cost for the ambiance and quality massage.

Every review is correct when it comes to the excellent service and treatments provided. The staff are accommodating and thoughtful, they will attend to every need of comfort. The massages were amazing and my partner said he had found his "happy place". Theres a variety of treatments and the staff will try get you the best deal even if it means you're charged less.

My husband and I did a 2.5 hour spa treatment. I believe it was a special promotion for 3,200 baht total. We each chose from a wide selection of services to fill our 2.5 hours of treatments. The massage was perfect and the staff were very nice. We both like very soft massages which can be difficult to get, but they listened and did exactly what we liked. The treatment room is also very relaxing and clean. Highly recommended professional spa.

I enjoyed the half price offer for first day after check-in . It was a package of 60 minutes full oil body massage and 30 minutes facial treatment and massage. Absolutely relaxing! Try it!

We stayed at the Novotel for a week and had three spa treatments while there. The spa manager was lovely and the treatments were well up to the mark. The rooms were clean and the price was very good.
Only bad point. The hotel itself. The spa is the best part .
