Excellent team with the ability to work with all skill ranges.
As a retired competitor with 20 years of experience and now a gym owner/coach, This team displays a very high level of competency and care.
They also contract local coaches which brings a very dynamic range of training experiences.
I feel blessed to have crossed paths and will actively be working to bring my fighters to them.
10/10 recommend

I’m finding it hard to put into words how amazing my experience at sutai Muay Thai was. I stayed at the gym accommodation which was exceptionally clean, well maintained equipped AC, definitely a huge plus, The accommodation package includes two free training sessions a day, which was an incredible perk!
The training itself was well organized and catered to all skill levels. The trainers were not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled but also kept each trainings session light-hearted and fun! I gained valuable insights and techniques from each trainer, thanks to the positive and supportive environment they fostered, which made training effective and engaging
The gym facility was impeccably kept and the cafe offered phenomenal foods and protein shakes to keep me fuelled Julia was very friendly nothing was a bother, sutais vibe and energy with just as incredible as the training will definitely be back next year

My experience at sutai could not have been better. We stayed at the gym accommodation in a ensuite room, everything was alway very clean and tidy including the gym. we would highly recommend a ensuite room, comes with your own bathroom and shower and one king single or two single beds. Well worth a little bit of extra money. All of the accommodation rooms come with 2 free 2hr training classes a day, the coaches and classes were outstanding, I have been to a few gyms in the Bangtao area but Sutai coaches were the best at planing a well rounded class, and being able to adjust and work individually with each person to fit the individuals skill level, no matter how big the class was. I had my first fight at Bangla stadium a few days ago, the coaches helped plan and set up, they help me train and cornered me when I fought. I have learnt so much from them not only about how to fight but about Muay Thai as a whole. The food and the chef at the cafe also was amazing we ate there after every training. Overall The vibe and atmosphere at Sutai was friendly, playful and like a big family I was very sad to leave and will definitely be back!

Sutai Muay Thai Gym is a perfect choice uf you like it not loaded with many people. With 2hr a session it is rather long but the trainers bring you to the next level. They adapt it according to your level. Sutai MTG is for Beginners as well as for more advanced people. I'm am a Beginner as well and felt very welcome. Not only the trainers / administrators are nice - also the people who train there are kind and helpful. Thanks a lot!!

We booked a couple of training sessions during our stay in Bang Tao and it was a truly awesome experience. Were a family with two kids, 10 and 12 years old, and I had trained Muay Thai in Sweden before. This was years and years ago though, so I consider myself almost a beginner again. I wanted to show my kids the beauty, fun and good exercise that comes with Muay Thai, and what better place to do so than here?? We had initially looked at Bang Tao Muay Thai, which is a big, well-known Muay Thai/MMA gym in this area. But we got recommended to check out Sutai Muay Thai, especially since we had kids joining the training, for a more ”family-friendly” vibe. And that was a good choice.
A short TukTuk ride (or slightly longer walk) from Bang Tao beach, lies Sutai Muay Thai gym. It is well equipped, clean, and very nice and knowledgeable people working there. It also has a nice cafe where you can get a refreshing drink or something to eat after training. We had two sessions with Kohmark Kietjaroonchai, and it was a blast. He did very well adjusting the tempo and techniques after our slightly different levels, and made sure we all had fun, learned a lot and got a good training, with good warm-up and cool-down/stretching afterwards, some pad-work and some light sparring. Especially, my two sons got really hooked and were really taken well care of by Kohmark.
I did not try out the group training sessions this time around but next time we’ll sign up for a full week of training for sure!! I can very much recommend you to visit Sutai Muay Thai when you’re in the area.

Really good training that is both rewarding and fun. Comfortable coaches who know their thing, they have several who competed professionally and are able to compete for the club if you want it too.

This is my second time here and I still love it!! The staff is still so friendly and the coaches are just incredible I would like to stay indefinitely

Yes for sure, everyone is very accommodating and friendly. It might be good to take a private so you can get the most out of your time there.
