We were served with raw chicken, roasted pork steaks, bacon all... and full of ants in the dishes.
We should have gotten up and gone and not accepted the rest to serve us...
We made the mistake and tried the salad with the chicken and because of the sauce we did not immediately realize that it is uncooked..all after a while we suffered from stomach pain

This beach has 5 or more different venues each with their own vibe and speciality.
On Weekends in High summer they charge per pair of sunbeds with umbrella. So pick a place with well priced food and drinks.

Huge shallow beach, with warm and fairly clear waters
A lot of air when it blows north. Umbrellas and sunbeds only the most expensive if one finds.Huge noise pollution from the beach bars.

I had read on the internet we decided to go the access is easy the beach is as it should be has sunbeds and free space to take a bath to put a towel and umbrella. It has fine sand and water on other beaches warm, also it is shallow. It's worth going on a daily day not having a lot of people.

It is a very beautiful beach with warm waters and sandy beaches. Suitable destination for families with young children as the sea does not deep quickly. They are also nice for a couple or a group of friends. I do not recommend it when the previous one had a lot of air

As far as sea water and natural environment goes, this is one the best spots for swimming around Chalkida and not only. That's why I would rate it as "very good".
There is a number of beach bars/restaurants on the area, and the quality differs. We tried "Hippocampus" and "Bora Bora". They serve everything from coffee and soft drinks to a full meal (salads, snacks, pasta dishes) and ice cream.
The disadvantage is that most of these places now play very loud music and of a rather low taste, too. This contrasts the great natural surroundings of the area.
The amenities of bars are not too clean, either.
All-in-all: Really worth visiting, but the places for food and drink could do with an overall improvement.

Pure fiasco. Complete fiasco... portions with the minimum amount, prices as if it were a fish restaurant in Glyfada. Half the order never came because some dishes ran out and we were informed an hour later. Staff with an amateur attitude. We left without having eaten half... which they didn't even care about

Fantastic service! One girl in particular, Despina, was incredible at her job. Of course, the rest of the staff was also very helpful. I am very excited! I will definitely come again!!!

Perfect beach along with sand and lots of shops !! We went on a 10 day vacation in the cool of Thessaloniki! Wonderful Chalkida Dew, we will definitely visit again!

Τωρα εχει καταντησει αηδια. Για Σαββατο η Κυριακη, ξεχαστε το, εχει λιγοτερη κινηση η Κατεχακη Δευτερα πρωι. Ο ενας πανω στον αλλον κυριολεκτικα, τα μαγαζια εχουν ξεφυγει απο τιμες, τα ΣΚ οι ξαπλωστρες εχουν απο 15€ το σετ (πιο ακριβα απο περσι) θελουν κρατηση σε καποια (πολυ πιο ακριβα με κρατηση), οι καφεδες ακριβηναν σε ολα τα μαγαζια, αλλα το κυριοτερο, δεν υπαρχει ιχνος παρκινγκ. Τα απογευματα δε, ειναι ακομη χειροτερη η κατασταση, γιατι εκτος απο τους λουομενους, ερχονται και οι καλεσμενοι των γαμηλιων δεξιωσεων. Αν σκεφτεστε να κατεβετε για μπανιο Σαββατοκυριακο Αλυκες, καθηστε σπιτι σας.
