This is the best gym I’ve been to hands down! The whole team are so welcoming, the equipment is fantastic and it’s always so lovely and clean! The PTs are on hand and are very knowledgable in their field. I do not feel intimidated at all walking into this gym and highly recommend too all!

The gym has really good facilities, better range of machines available here than the high street gym I used to visit. I have also had my hair done at this gym upstairs, really good service and everyone is really friendly

This gym is everything f I could ask for, it has great staff & amazing facilities. Both the gym & spa/salon Areas are to a very high standard, very clean and professional place with a fantastic atmosphere.
Would highly recommend if your in the Sandwell/Birmingham area, very affordable & niche for 1-2-1 personal training.
