We are sorry you were unable to visit Kitty City during your visit, but we are sure you understand why that was not possible for health and safety reasons because of the ringworm outbreak. We are also sorry you felt disappointment with the lack of interaction with the dogs in the activity area but, again, as we are sure you will understand, we never force that interaction both for the safety and well-being of our dogs, and also of our visitors. As you say, the loud noises caused by heavy winds that day will likely have had an impact on them. Many of our dogs are nervous of new people and for that reason we no longer allow visitors to walk our dogs. Thank you for your constructive comments. We are always seeking to improve the visitor experience and we take all feedback on board.

Hi, we are sorry you were unhappy at having to pay to visit us, but we are an animal welfare charity. We receive no government funding of any kind, so our only source of income is from visitors and donations. It is not possible for visitors to simply turn up unannounced as we have to control the numbers for the safety and well-being of our animals, and that is why we have the booking system.
