It's an open nature park, with some exhibits of the logging industry here in the past. Would have been a nice place to take many photos if not for the rain.
I enjoyed the refreshing smell of fresh cut grass in the air, this is what it truly means to be easy and comfortable like a 'walk in the park'.
But otherwise, nothing too exciting here.

As soon as he entered the park, he heard the smell of dead fish coming around. Walk into the reservoir and look, around the pond are white-belly dead fish, don't know why no one goes to catch treatment? And on the side is a sign that explains why there are dead fish. Even when visitors figure out why, they feel nasty! Do not understand the mentality of civil servants dealing with problems!?
In addition to the bad smell, the other facilities are well preserved, the environment is clean, and the volunteers are also enthusiastic to explain to the visitors who come along the way. There are also wooden houses under construction next door, hoping to see a better historic building soon.

我愛這個地方，當我來訪時，我對它的森林文化公園感到驚艷。這裡有一大片區域可以散步，還有歷史悠久的火車和引人注目的美麗池塘。你也可以了解到這裡的歷史。這是一個很棒的地方，我一定會推薦。無論是獨自來、和家人、朋友，甚至是愛人來都很合適。

Initially I thought this was just a local park but it turned out to be more than that. There are nice walking trails with a nice view of the lake and old train and railway tracks. There are many exhibition halls, many dedicated to wooden products. Our favourite was a hall full of many movable toys. This was a very enjoyable trip.

This is a perfect place to chill and get away from the bustle of city life. Everything is so peaceful and wonderful . It is so enjoyable listening to the birds whispering to themselves .

來到這個林業園區，因為疫情關係，只開放一個入口，差點找不到還好有打電話詢問到有開放，裡面的人不多，而且展區幾乎都沒有開放，但是還是可以沿著湖邊散步，幾乎都有樹蔭，還看到很多樹木，地方不大，中間的湖裡有很多木頭，也看到很多鴨子在湖裡，展區沒開放但是有一家義美在那邊開放營業，還看到有人在裡面生活，好像是林區的退休人員住在裡面。

疫情期間只開放一個出入口
入口處的「竹林車站」一旁有火車車廂、鐵道、咖啡館和優美湖景
環境舒適放鬆適合拍照
環湖步道林蔭茂密涼爽舒暢
還有很多綠頭鴨悠遊湖間
而且不時有火車列車經過
很適合帶小朋友來這運動散步

將功成身退的廠區轉換成文創及休閒園區，讓遊客可以認識當年林場運作的方式，舊鐵道、舊火車頭、車廂和運木材車陳列在園區內，人們可以靠近，甚至進入車廂內體驗老火車的感覺，小朋友穿梭車廂間，很開心。旁邊有咖啡店，我們並沒有坐下享受那份悠閒，只是沿著人工池步道悠閒地散步，池邊還有幾個文創商店可供參觀選購紀念品。
