Waiao Beach, also known as Touchang Beach, is one of the few swimmable beaches on the east coast of Taiwan. It is near Yilan, and it can get very crowded on the weekend, especially in summer. Waiao Beach has good waves, it is popular with sufers.

喜歡來這裡，一大片的沙灘加上飛行傘，有一種出國的FUN。若是時間夠點杯咖啡，遠眺龜山島也是一種享受。這裡旁邊有收費停車場很方便。此次剛好拍到飛行傘降落，遠拍好像龜山島撐傘很有成就感。

外澳海灘宜蘭很棒的海灘，主要是沙灘，一大片的沙灘，可以慢慢行走在上面很舒服，加上入口的咖啡館，和一小片的耶子樹，下面有沙灘躺椅，坐或躺在上面，遠眺龜山島很舒服。

Breiter und feiner Sandstrand mit Blick auf Turtle Island. Der Strand ist gut erschlossen. Ideal für Surfer und einen Strandspaziergang. Es stehen Restaurants sowie Duschen und Umkleiden am Eingang zur Verfügung. Parkmöglichkeiten gegen Gebühr.

這是宜蘭頭城熱門的景點，週圍有很多民宿，旁邊有一個長條形的停車場，假日人潮非常多，停車位一位難求，所以建議要來這兒玩水賞景看比基尼的朋友，盡量不要挑選假日或連假來，不然就要作好塞車的心裡準備。

位於烏石港北面，平坦潔淨的沙灘和雪白的浪花，為衝浪客的愛好海域。隔著藍色汪洋，遠方的龜山島隱約可見。除了可戲水外，這裡也是飛行傘、衝浪…極限運動的集中地。旅客們可沿著烏石港北側堤防內側步道堤防漫步，觀賞龜山島的壯觀景象，已成為遊客造訪外澳的著名休憩點。

蘭陽博物館のちょっと先にある。広いビーチで、亀山島がよく見える。蘭陽博物館前の港よりは景観としてはいいと思う。駐車場がわかりにくいので、注意しながら走ったほうがいい。

Certainly visit but we spent only 20 min there. Do it with Lanyang Museum and up Mr Brown at Toucheng. Beautiful beach.
Although I find Neipi beach at Su'ao more spectacular.
If you like surfing then Wai-ao is for you.
Beautiful view with Guishan rising majestically in horizon.
I didnt see anyone swimming although it was a warm day at 24 degrees celsius mainly because the waves are more surfing than swim.

This was a wild experience for a few Americans on vacation. After educational visits to Tokyo and Seoul, it was time to let loose and have fun surfing! Not even the Uber driver could find our Air BnB at first so that made it even more intriguing! The waves and beach were great, and the fish was being caught fresh every day., we rented bikes and checked it all out ., ham kebabs and surf boards - whoo hoo!

外澳沙灘交通方便，離外澳火車站非常近，一出車站對面就可以看到無敵海景，遠望龜山島，讓心情放鬆。這裡沙灘雖不是潔白色（接近灰白色、灰灰的），但因為有社區志工維護，算是清潔的沙灘，可以戲水、衝浪、玩滑翔翼，請準備沙灘鞋、陽傘、防曬，會更舒適。附近也有咖啡廳、民宿、餐廳，可以花上一天休閒渡假。
