My teenager and I recently visited this zip line park, and while the zip lining itself was a lot of fun, our overall experience was soured by a very frustrating incident.
The park itself has a great setup, with thrilling zip lines and friendly staff who make the experience enjoyable. However, the locker room situation was a serious issue. I left the key for the locker in a drawer because I was worried it might fall out of my pocket while on the zip line. Unfortunately, when we returned, we found that 1000 Baht was missing from our wallet.
The staff was not helpful at all. There were no security cameras in the locker room, and no one seemed to take responsibility for what happened. I was left without enough cash to pay for my tuk-tuk back to the hotel, or even for the photos they took during the experience. We had to waste 10 minutes withdrawing cash from the ATM, which totally ruined the vibe of the day.
I really wanted to give this place a 5-star rating, as the actual zip line adventure was fantastic, but the lack of security and the way the staff handled the situation was completely disrespectful. If you're planning to visit, be very cautious with your valuables and keep everything on you, as the locker room isn’t secure at all.

Bought a tour outside for 3,800 for two (I'm 47 years old and my son is 13). Thought it was just a zipline and a pair of suspension bridges, like I had in 2018. But, after the briefing, I felt a catch: the carabines themselves are moved and clinging, but that is half the trouble, after an exhausting climb up a tree using climbing techniques (I had the courage to overpower both platforms, but what it cost me...) further worse - a bridge with unbonded wooden beams, that's where I lit, hands shaking after the tree, and here the body has to be kept from swanning from side to side, in the middle of the journey I despaired and thought to give up, let them evacuate, as I fell off one of the beams and sat on it like on a swing. But my son was following me and I couldn't afford weakness, so I climbed back up and carried on. Then, with difficulty regaining breath, at the end of the route a tarzanka, not tall, but nevertheless, was waiting for us. In general, emotions were sea, hands were bruised, all clothes were wet with sweat, there was a large wash at home. I wouldn't agree to that the second time. But ignorance is power. Recommended, but not all 🤣

My friend and I completed the advanced course and agreed that was definitely the best experience out of all ziplines and obstacle courses we had ever tried.
This one was pretty challenging and exhausting at some points but we left the park feeling that we accomplished something great.
Before we started the course, the staff instructed us on how to use their equipment so later on we could complete most of the stages independently.
For those who visit Phuket and want to do something fun, active and exciting, Jungle Xtrem is a must.

My wife and I (age 26) did the advanced course (60+ platforms) which took about two and a half hours. Having done many high ropes courses before, we thought this seemed expensive at first. But, having done it, I can honestly say it is worth the money. (We paid 2,200 as opposed to the list price of 2,900 at a stall seller in Patong). You get a transfer to and from the site as part of the price.
Once there we were shown a comprehensive safety briefing and taken to the course. The full course is demanding as there are a few tough climbing sections (a net, a rock climb 🧗♀️high up a tree). But I really enjoyed the challenge - many of these types of high ropes course are too easy. Towards the end there are some very tough crossings which I managed to do... just! My wife didn’t quite complete these last ones.
Overall an excellent half day trip at a cheaper price than Flying Hanuman. Do note that you will need to be moderately fit and strong to do the advanced course; it is an enjoyable but genuine challenge.

С сайта компании отправили заявку и заказали машину, на двоих с ребёнком 11 лет вышло 3800 батт за трассу 40 платформ, прошли инструктаж, помогали инструктора, но вот думаю, скалолазание на дерево, чтобы подняться на платформу не всем под силу, особенно после 50 лет, в целом легко, задорно, весело и безопасно. таких парков на Пхукете -70, отличаются большим количеством только троллейных трасс, в следующий раз будем брать 62 платформы. с Наступающим!

It was very enjoyable and attractive. Some of the steps were hard and breathtaking. The interesting thing was possible to shoot Go-pro if you paid 500 BHT, You will also be given a 16GB micro-SD for free.I used 40 platforms.

I have done a few of the zip lining courses in Phuket this is the first time I have done Jungle Xtreme. This is very challenging but it is more a high rope course with some zip lines as well. I'd personally prefer to just do the zip lining but each to their own. The staff are friendly but you are largely left to get around by yourself, with them assuming you have followed all the safety information in the briefing video when you arrived. Unlike other courses in Phuket where there is staff at every platform guiding you all the way.

I live here on the island and have been to several zipline adventures, this is not like the rest. This is a challenge to yourself. Whenever I have company I always try to get them here, something you need to do at least once in your lifetime. You have the early climbs and challenges going up the hill and ziplines coming down. I even had a friend that I found out when we got started, he is very scared of heights, he LOVED it, and wants to try it again. It is a challenge but you dont have to be Tarzan to complete it. I'm 65 and I love the challenge, I've gotten better everytime. Highly recomend it at any age.

Hi there, would anyone be able to tell me if the kids zone has any zip liner? Myself and my two young daughters (9 & 13 ) are not great with height but wouldn’t mind trying the kids one. Thank you

Hi. Yes - the kids zone has a zip line. It is not always open as they seem to rotate it with the trapeze, at least they did when we were there. It is not really high & everywhere has safety padding so sure you will have no problems for that. My 5 & 6 year old daughters loved it. Have fun!

Sorry I had the attractions mixed up.
We got our hotel to make a booking and paid when we arrived. You get a discount if you make your own way there.

Hi Vlad! For ALL platforms (exclude Kidz Zone) you can choose Advanced Extreme Program (60 platforms, price 2900 Baht, transfer include).
