Komang guided us on our island tour and he was a great tour guide. Very kind, very knowledgeable and friendly. He took pictures for our group, even climbing trees to get the best angles. I highly recommend Komang for your tour in Nusa Penida.

This is a really awesome day experience. Ben was funny and cheeky too which made for a good time. Not only is Ben a solid tour guide but also a lowkey professional photographer and was very obligating to get us a great number of shots and teach us local tips and tricks. Starting from the pick up to the ferry, drive and destination tour, to the lunch and snorkeling everyone who guided us made it absolutely worth it and awesome. Definitely recommend and well worth the price.

This entire tour can only be described as organised chaos. We found the entire trip extremely stressful and in retrospect would rather have avoided Nusa Penida altogether.
We arrived on the island by boat at the same time as around 200 other people. Multiple ferries drop tourists at the harbour each morning to be processed by one - very small and very hot - tour centre where you have to queue to get flippers. None of us had a clue what was going on and were crammed in like sardines.
Finally 20 of us we were taken to our boat. A disabled woman fell off the boat and had to be manoeuvred by 3 members of staff... she should not have been allowed on the trip as it was dangerous!
The snorkelling itself was fantastic overall. We spent around 3 hours going to 4 different spots. The first spot was extremely rough and deep and felt dangerous. The water was full of plastic.
The second and third spots were fantastic though with lots of beautiful fish. My head piece had a hole in it so I did not get to enjoy the fourth spot.
We were then rushed off to lunch, which was a buffet. The food was cold, and gave me food poisoning.
Our driver then rushed us to 3 different key spots on Nusa Penida. The main peninsula view, Broken beach, and one other. All gorgeous, but crammed full of people.
Our group was running late - as were 4 others behind us - and the tour guide hussled us to hurry up and rush. I had a sore stomach from lunch so that wasn't great. It seemed the driver needed to get photos of us in each spot to prove he had taken us there. The whole thing seemed like a tour of the instagram spots and set up for photos rather than calm enjoyment! People in some places practically pushed each other out of the way to get a good photo.
We were worried we would miss the ferry going back and it was a mad rush. The roads are very uneven and bumpy - not pleasant to drive on!
The tour runs from 7am - 7pm so pretty intense. The private tours still involve around 10 people and have to be processed from the same central location - we saw them leaving - so you cannot bi pass the process by selecting the private option.
I have done boat and snorkelling trips all over the world and honestly have never experienced anything so chaotic!
If going with this trip keep that in mind and adjust expectations accordingly!

We saw all points of interest like angel's billabong, kelingking beach, pasih uug beach and crystal bay. The beach at crytal bay is amazing, the color of the water is awesome.
Our driver Putu drives us save from place to place. He was very friendly and accommodated our requests. He helped us with photos and thanks to his knowledge, we were able to avoid the large number of visitors. We can only recommend this driver from the skills and also as a person. So it is best to ask for Putu as a driver when contacting the agency

Putu was our wonderful tour guide and he was extremely knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to explore Nusa Penida with him and he was a fantastic photographer. Would highly recommend this tour with Putu!

The tour was very well organized. Our driver Wayan was very friendly and we had a good chat on the way to Sanur Harbour.
In Nusa Penida we then met our tour guide Ketut, he was alreay there when we arrived and made sure that our trip was amazing! He had great knowledge about the island, he was very friendly and by the way also an amazing photographer!
The snorkelling was stunning as well. Our instructor and driver were amazing!
Would definitely recommend it!😍

The trip consisted of two parts, the first being the snorkeling trip to a few spots including Manta Bay where we did spot a Manta Ray. The weather wasn’t the best for snorkeling which cut our time a bit short. The drivers for the hotel pick-up Wayan and our driver around Nusa Penida, Butu were great. The sites around Nusa Penida are stunning but there are parts that can get super busy. Would recommend this day trip 🙂

Yesterday we the one day Nusa Penida west tour with snorkelling.
It was a fantastic day, long and jam packed day.
Komang collected us from our Sanur hotel and took us to the port, he collected our tickets and showed us where we needed to go and explained very well how to find our guide once we arrived on Penida. Without Komang and booking the hotel transfer I can imagine locating the place to get the tickets would have been difficult, as the port is very busy.
The fast boat was not as bad as I had expected after reading reviews, yes it was full and yes it was hot, but it was no problem, only 45 minutes.
Once we arrived in Penida, we were greeted just off the jetty by Putu, he was holding a sign with our names on, upside down, which really made us all laugh and we knew already we had a good and friendly guide. He explained clearly that the first part of the trip would be snorkelling and then he would meet us after for lunch and for the tour of the island.
The snorkelling was fun, you got around 15 mins in each location (3 or 4) we were lucky enough to see a manta ray and some beautiful fish and coral.
No sea turtles unfortunately. The water is very busy with other boats, and groups of snorkellers so bear that in mind.
After snorkelling we were able to change and then met Putu again for our tour. First he took us for lunch at a nice little restaurant, followed by the famous spots… Broken Beach, Angels Billabong Beach and the spectacular Kelingking beach (photos don’t do that place justice)
Bear in mind the areas are of course crowed as everyone is looking for that Instagram shot, but Putu made it easy, he’d wait in line for us and tell us where to stand to get the best picture of us etc.
After our whistle stop tour it was back to the ferry port where Putu got our tickets and showed us to the ferry.
He was very knowledgable, and super friendly, and a great singer 😂 (often singing along to his favourite band in between sharing his knowledge)
All in all a great day, thank you to all the staff. We will be back. Next time hopefully for a night or two so we can enjoy more of what the beautiful Nusa Penida has to offer.

I’m not sure about the pick up and drop off price since I don’t know where Bingin beach is... but I’m pretty sure that you can find all the price information you need on their website including trip and transportation both just like I did.
