The store is open from 10:30AM–8:00PM every day. If you go to the food hall after 7:00PM you will find the selections getting limited/sold-out. At 7:30PM many of the vendors will put their remaining items on sale and you can get 20-30% off regular prices. It gets pretty crowded though.

Welcome to Tokyo. It's pretty hard to cross the road in Shinjuku, so I suggsest walking the underground walkway. If you are interested in another department store, Takashimaya, you can go to Isetan store from the underground of Takashimaya, too. Both stores are connected with the underground walkway, and it's safe to walk. Enjoy your stay and shopping.

They have good sales- call Isetan Foreign Customer Service and tell them what you are looking for and ask if there will be a sale. Sales both on shopping floors and in promotion areas. Another good place to shop is Komehyo, a consignment department store across the street from the Hermes side window of Isetan.
