Our prices are compared to local private hire venues, we are not a pub that is open to the public and being a small independent business, our prices cannot be compared to the likes of Weatherspoons. Plastic cups are a must for all our functions hosting parties celebrating birthdays of 25yrs and under (a safety and responsible business policy of ours) Cokes are not £3 and had you not of been happy, you would have been very welcome to of spoken to management about this and any other concerns. Our version of the evenings events are very conflicting. The venue was indeed booked for a 30th birthday party, which started two hours later than stated when booked. Family and couples would not be how I would describe the atmosphere. The only complaint made about a drink was the coke which was replaced instantly. Our spirits are not and have not ever been watered down as this is very illegal and immoral. Our Electrics did trip several times and this we believe was due to your equipment as the following day there was no issues at all. All that was stated on the evening after several offers of assistance with the electrics, was that I have a registared electriction we use at Celebrations and wasnt prepared to allow anyone (especially after consuming alcohol) near them incase things were made worse. No doorman was smoking nor holding any objects. They were there to work and not be abused. As were my bar staff who put up with a fair amount of confrontation during the evening. Thank you for taking the time to personally insult and say slanderous things about myself. No child was or has ever been left unattended. Please feel free to speak to me personally and amicably to gain all the facts correctly. FULL refund was given to the hirier that evening, club entry was covered by us for the guests and several drinks werent paid for due to the power cut causing the till to crash, but yet this wasnt asked for afterwards in good will.
