Spoke to groupon tonight about the wording of the salt cave promotion and tried to explain to the receptionist on duty tonight, who was very dismissive and seemed to have no good customer service skills. The voucher small print said you could only purchase 1 voucher. Which I did. Turned up for my salt session,leaving work early loosing money to do this to benefit my health. When the receptionist asked me to fill in a medical form which I informed hers that I had done this back in 2018 when I had used a voucher here before. To which she said that i could not use another one and to get a refund from groupon. I explained that the wording should be changed in there advertising that only 1 voucher in your life time could only be used as this is a one-off promotion to draw customers in. False advertising and a lot of inconvenience.

After seeing on Groupon you can get a deal for £18 for the 2 hrs.Also a free session on your first visit I thought I’d give it a go.Im 42 and had asthma since I was 11.I must say my airways have felt a lot clearer since my first 3 sessions.Im not using my inhaler as much.The experience is very calming and I’ve fallen asleep on and off.Which is not a thing I do.The music is very soothing with trickling water or waves on a beach.The only thing I’d say is please fix the fan it’s annoyingly loud and match the visual viewing to the sound in the room.At one point I was listening to the sea but watching a stream.
It seems quite popular with customers.Some constantly clearing their chests which is what it’s designed for.Ill carry on with pay as you go as for a single parent the block sessions are very expensive.

Had a taster session today. The Receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. The place was spotless and I felt very comfortable and relaxed in the salt room. I could feel the salt in the air when breathing. I would recommend it.

The healing qualities of Salt are known for millennium and Salt caves or grottos are old hat in Eastern Europe, but in the UK people just have not heard of them. If you have any sinus problems or breathing difficulties then invest in a few sessions in a Salt Cave, believe me it will have a positive impact on your problems. It is also very very relaxing even if you just wish to de-stress for an hour and have no health issues.
When you are on their contact list they send out approx twice a year buy one session and get one free. Go on give it a go, they also sell beautiful salt lamps that give a beautiful orange glow we found it perfect for our daughter who was scared of the dark sleeping at night, plus the lamp has health properties as well.

Heard about from a friend. Wasn't sure what to expect by nice experience. Definitely helped clear breathing ways up . Lovely and clean would highly recommend the experience
