Loved this excursion..beautiful area..there were 7 beaches I believe and very few people there..was pristine.i hope to ho back someday

Off the beaten track but definitely worth the trip. The beaches and the water are lovely. There was hardly anyone else there so very quiet and relaxing.
There are beaches on both sides of the headland so if the wind picks up swap to a beach on the other side!
There is a cafe/bar adjacent to Clearwater beach and a play park for kids if required. These are easily avoided if that’s not your thing.

You will feel like it is your own private beach. Breath taking, postcard views! Soft, powder sand beach. Must see!

Absolutely a must if we can figure transportation! There are buses, or your can arrange taxis to drop you off/pick you up, or get a scooter/car, but make your way here, especially during weekdays and around the cruisers times (they need to be picked up at some hours to make it back to the cruise ship). It was spectacular! Avoid weekends, we heard it gets packed. We went on a Thursday and we had Turtle Beach mostly all to ourselves!! Magic!

We explored Clearwater, Long Beach, and Well Bay Beach. Stunning, clear warm water, with incredible palm forest and rock formations the farther up the park you go. Loved Well Bay in particular, just enough off the beaten path that we had this spectacular beach all.to.ourselves!!!

Local's turned us on to this wonderful little piece of heaven! You do have to walk but its worth every moment. Highly recommend going if your looking for off the beaten path. Awesome snorkeling and swimming a short walk from Clearwater Beach snorkel see turtles or you can use the facilities Coopers doesn't have any. Don't forget to grab a fish sandwich from Gombeys.

Incredible history and wonderful trails to get lost in .. NASA site ... local chickens and cats around each corner .. cute bridge .. romantic hideaways .. take the extra time to explore all the trails and beaches and venture to the lighthouse on the edge ... if you run this is where to go !! Please no dogs on the trails as they want to keep It a natural reserve

I did not understand why it was called a land until we found out a land reclamation project had attached this to the main part of Bermuda. we had hole beaches to our selves and the observation tower was fun to. We even found a arear were folks had stacked rocks in to small towers. .

No facilities. Pack it in, pack it out. Series of beaches (Clearwater (with facilities), turtle beach (with turtles) and the Coopers. All really beautiful and worth a day exploring. Don’t forget to climb the observation tower and see the jets landing at the airport

I'll be visiting Bermuda in July and I'm trying to find the beach with the pinkest sands...how pink is the sand on the beach here? Some pictures make it look really pink while others make it seem like it's barely pink at all. Just trying to maximize the little time I have there!!
Warwick, Long Bay Beach has the pinkest sand...lots of small, broken pieces of coral make it beautiful!

You can take the ferry to St. George, then go to the visitors center in St. George and ask them about the shuttle to Coopers Island. There are also taxi's nearby the visitors center that could take you. Or from St. George you could take the public bus that will get you near Coopers Island, you would need to walk about 15 minutes from the bus stop.

It is about as far away as you can get. It is on the opposite end by St. George's but if you took a ferry from the dockyards to St. George's it wouldn't be too bad.
