‪Beautiful snorkeling and the best hosts‬

‪This was a Barbados highlight for our family. The snorkeling was beautiful, and the team were such warm and knowledgable hosts. The cherry on top at the end of the cruise was when one of our guides scared up an aloe plant for our daughter, who had gotten a sunburn the day before. Could not recommend more highly.‬

‪Awesome Fishing!‬

‪Ashley and Patrick did an excellent job and were able to get us the opportunity to experience deep sea fishing for the 1st time ever.
We had no idea what to expect going into this and they both made it a fishing trip to remember. If we ever go deep sea fishing again I would expect it be just like this one!
I wouldn’t change a thing!
Deep sea fishing has always been on my “bucket list” of things to experience before this ride we call life is over.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE INTERESTED!
(Wahoo fish is delicious! Especially with the pepper sauce)
We were staying a a hotel on the island and Leisa (the owner) even provided transportation in her personal vehicle to and from the dock.‬

‪They know how to catch fish!‬

‪We have been to the island several times, and we have used multiple fishing charter companies. By far, the folks at Therapy Charters have been the best and easiest to deal with. Patrick and Ashley were great...we were lucky to have good fishing, and had a great time. I highly recommend!‬

‪Excellent fishing charter! Patrick and Ashley were very experienced, professional and knowledgeable about fishing, but also Barbados. They went above and beyond to make the experience excellent. I highly recommend fishing with them… request a first thing in the morning charter!‬

‪Great snorkeling‬

‪My husband and I took a private snorkeling excursion with Ashley and Patrick and it fully met our expectations. They were both very helpful, informative and personable and we had a fun time. In addition to a turtle we saw graceful spotted eagle rays, flying gurnards, sweet-faced porcupine fish, and sizable tarpons in addition to a variety of reef fish such as French Angelfish and Needlefish. The wrecks were interesting and shallow enough to be clearly seen while snorkeling even if you don’t dive down beneath the surface. The boat is comfortable and well maintained. We brought masks and snorkels that had been supplied in our accommodations, but the snorkels leaked, and the guys were kind enough to loan us kit to use. The fins we brought were fine, so we can’t comment on availability of those. We had an 8 am departure, which was ideal for avoiding the boatloads of other tourists who arrived after we were moving on, however, the water felt a bit cold after being in for awhile, so a dive skin or shortie can be helpful if you tend to get chilled easily or want more sun protection. We would have appreciated a bit more information in advance about what is provided on the boat. While booking in advance was fast and easy it took a few days to reach someone in the office to answer our questions closer to the day. Cold water is provided (and perhaps other soft drinks), but you need to bring towels. They recommend bringing snorkeling gear, though as we discovered, they do have some gear on board. Going fishing with these guys is bound to be a good experience as well since they’re so dedicated to making you happy, so whichever type of excursion you choose, you’ll have a great time.‬

‪Fish and swim on mom's therapy boat‬

‪What a brilliant time we had with therapy charters on the Mom's Therapy boat. We are a family of 4 adults and one 3 year old. Leisa and her team, Patrick (otherwise known as peter) and Ashley (otherwise known as captain Jack sparrow) provided us with the best afternoon of our holiday. They accommodated the time and date we asked for and supplied drinks and snacks for the afternoon. Patrick and Ashley instilled confidence in us from the very beginning. They were very professional and knew the best places to fish. The men in the family were absolutely buzzing when they both caught barracuda and wahoo - a fantastic first time at sea fishing! We swam with turtles in the caribbean sea (even our 3 year old) and saw the shipwreck on the sea bed. A truly unbelievable experience all round and the memories of our fantastic afternoon will stay with us forever! Thanks again Therapy Charters - you were amazing!‬

‪The Best of Barbados‬

‪We had a six hour deep sea fishing charter with Patrick and Ashley. It was our first ever fishing charter and the crew worked hard to help us bring a fish on board and learn the art of fishing. Within an hour we had caught a wahoo with enough meat for three delicious dinners. We didn’t receive a bite for the next four hours but Patrick and Ashley’s great intelligence and sense of humor filled the time with ease. We then spent an hour snorkeling above a shipwreck and sea turtle reserve. The crew filleted our fish to take home and gave us tips for cooking. Fishing with Therapy Charters was a great privilege and one of our most fond memories in Barbados!‬

‪We booked the 5-hour fish & snorkel trip with Patrick and Ashley and had a terrific experience. They were able to customize the trip for what we were looking for: lots of medium & smaller fish (lots of action!) rather than trolling for hours to catch a trophy. The guys we were game, had all the right 'light tackle' we needed, so we all had the kind of fun we were looking for. They were both knowledgeable, helpful guides and great company. We had previously seen the sea turtles, so they took us to a reef and wreck to snorkel instead. Ash keep a watchful eye on our son so that we could all relax and enjoy. It was easy to book, including transportation to/from our hotel and Leisa was very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend Therapy Charters!‬

‪Excellent family trip‬

‪Excellent trip out snorkelling with Patrick and Ash. Great guys who helped my two boys (5/7) in the water snorkelling. Private boat for the four of us on a two hour trip which was plenty of time to see turtles, rays and the shipwreck. Would recommend for a family as an alternative to the larger/busier/longer catamaran tours also available on the island.‬

‪Fabulous day out on the water‬

‪We booked the five hour fishing/snorkeling tour with Therapy. Patrick and Ashley did a great job of getting us out on the water and lines on the outriggers. To be honest, we were more interested in a tour and the swim; the fishing was a bonus. We were not lucky with bringing any fish aboard but had a blast when we hooked a marlin just off Carlisle Bay. Had a good tussle with the (estimated) 90 pounder before it spat the hook out. Good snorkeling at a reef off the platinum coast and with turtles in Carlisle. Thanks for the day out and all of the local knowledge.‬
