Supergave grotten tour!
De 1e grot is een droge waarin je aan de hand van een ervaren gids (Dirk) wordt verteld over het ontstaan van de grot en het gevolg daarvan. De 2e grot is op een andere locatie en is een grot waarin je kunt snorkelen. Na een spannende, maar goed begeleide afdaling, kom je terecht in een soort ondergrondse spa, warm, nat en donker en inclusief en een gratis skin peeling.
Kortom, een echt leuke sportieve ervaring, een aanrader!

A group of us toured both the dry and wet caves with Dirk on the island and the experience was unique, adventurous, and awesome. Dirk's sense of humor is top notch and although you do need to be agile to enjoy this, Dirk made the whole tour unforgettable. I absolutely recommend using Flow Bonaire if you are interested in the caves on Bonaire.

Now I know why it feels like we're walking on air when we visit Bonaire. The island is a giant, ancient, mostly hollow coral reef pushed skyward by tectonic plates. Dirk was a great guide. Offered lots of information about Bonaire. He took time to explain, answer questions and made sure we didn't bash our heads on low-hanging stalagtites or tumble into holes. Really fun trip. We wore snorkeling booties, which worked fine for footwear. Pretty warm down in the dry cave, so don't overdress.

Super cool!! Descending deep into the labyrinth of ancient Coral caves was an almost mythic experience. Shades of all those descents into the underworld by Gods, Hero’s and Poets. Yes I exaggerate
But if you are physically fit and flexible it’s a must do on any visit to Bonaire. Our guide

My partner and I had an excellent cave tour - one dry and the other one a snorkel with Dirk - he was a great tour guide; knowledgeable, safety conscious and witty. We learned so much more about Bonaire. Thanks again Dirk !!

So informative and worth it! Dirk is a lovely and charismatic guide. He is a jokester for sure but knows how to accommodate everyone and be safe. this is a must have on your list of things to do in bonaire.

We went with Derk today “Caving” and it was really fascinating. He supplied a lot of knowledge, clarified some wives tails, and really educated us on the history of the caves. He was humorous in his approach but was very serious to make sure safety was top of mind.

Don’t miss out on this excellent experience. The beauty down under Bonaire is spectacular. Derk is a most detailed and knowledgeable guide! We did both caves with him and thoroughly enjoyed the entire event .
Yes it takes a wee bit of effort, but nothing most people couldn’t handle . And so very worth it !

Vorige keer niet gelukt, nu 8 jaar later wel. Was best een pittige tocht, trap naar de droge grot en heel warm onder de grond, net een sauna. Natte grot met een handtrap en voorzichting naar benden, spannend. Een goede gids is onontbeerlijk, dankje Dirk.

After living for more than a year on Bonaire, we decided to explore Bonaire's caves with FLOW. That was a great decision. Our guide Dirk was very professional providing a lot of information and excellent explanation about how to move around in the caves. Hightlight: diving under a rock formation ending up in the next cave. Thanks Dirk, for a wonderful morning!

Hi,
Just a couple of questions, is it a long walk/hike into where the caves are located? Is underwater photography practical or even permitted? Are the tours only on certain days and times?

Both cave entrances are actually only a minute or so from the road. As long as you are in decent shape moving through the caves is easy enough. Nothing extremely difficult. You could bring your camera in a backpack and decide there if you want to use it. Your group will be the only ones down there so everything will be safe. Not too much aquatic life in the water but maybe some underwater pics of the cave coral would be interesting. I think they will run a tour as long as there are enough people so I would just call to see what is available. Our group was 5 people.
