‪La mejor experiencia ‬

‪Mi pareja y yo hicimos la excursión a Viñales & Soroa el día 12 de septiembre de 2023. Ha sido una experiencia increíble. Nuestra guía Sisi y nuestro chófer Michel han sido súper agradables, cercanos y atentos. Nos han hecho sentir en familia y nos han mostrado una parte bellísima de Cuba, contándonos la historia y cultura del país de manera detallada y amena. Además, hemos tenido la oportunidad de visitar zonas totalmente tradicionales y especiales, que no te ofrecen en los demás tours, haciendo que esta experiencia sea única e inolvidable. Volveremos y, sin duda, repetiremos con Sisi y Michel. ¡Gracias por todo chicos!‬

‪Notre journée à la Havane s'est très bien passée. Notre guide Mike est passionnant et passionné, connu comme le loup blanc avec des entrées partout. Nous avons beaucoup aimé son accompagnement et sa présence.
Le restaurant était une formidable et délicieuse adresse avec beaucoup d'attentions pour nous français et notre fils qui fêtait son anniversaire ce jour là. Un moment gravé dans nos esprits.
Le timing est parfaitement respecté. Nous avons préféré l'après midi avec visite de la vieille ville à pied et aurions voulu avoir un peu plus de temps à découvrir d'autres rues ou monuments. Etant sur Varadero nous avions 2h de route pour arriver sur la Havane et faire beaucoup de visites en voiture le matin était un peu long jusqu'au déjeuner même si plusieurs petites haltes ont été faites.
Aucune mauvaise surprise en réservant par cette agence.

‪este passeio a Guamá e Baia dos porcos, foi agendada pela internet através do site da Cubaoutigs, tudo correu como planeado e a Aylenis é uma guia super querida, sempre teve perto de Nós e explicou tudo o que havia para explicar, foi exemplar sobre a viagem, o carro que nos levou na viagem era super confortável e muito recente, aconselho a escolherem a Cubaoutings pois são excelentes, voltaria a Cuba e faria outra viagem com eles, muitos sucessos para Vós, Grato, Paulo‬

‪Amazing trip to Havana‬

‪We went on an amazing trip to Havana in August. Mike was our tour guide and he was so informative, he asked us what we wanted to see and tailored our trip accordingly. Juliette on the admin side was great ahead of our tour, allowing us to change dates and organising a convertible pink Cadillac for my daughters to drive in when in Havana.
We saw all the major sites of Havana but also experienced how Cubans live, Mike gave us the opportunity to really experience Havana and the way of living in Cuba.
Mike also took us to an amazing restaurant for lunch where we ate delicious lobster.
A tour well worth doing- ask for Mike as your guide!‬

‪CubaOutings: Outstanding!!!‬

‪We are a family of 4 (couple with 2 young adults) that went on 4 private tours with CubaOutings over 2 weeks in Cuba. We initiated contact by email beforehand and quickly chose tours with Juliette, who provided all the details and other useful information.
Our guide in the La Habana tour was Sissi, who showed us some surprising locations we would never get to see if we explored the plazas on our own, and even customized the trip specifically for us – highlighting the care in planning and preparation! Our driver Juan had an impeccable Pontiac V8 and made sure we had both family and individual photoshoots in the city’s iconic landmarks!
Aylenis and Yuniel were our guide and driver to Viñales & Soroa – a tour showcasing Cuba’s beautiful nature, departing from La Habana. Aylenis sprinted to get us tickets to “Cueva del Indio” before another huge tourist group which saved us at least 1h30 in cues, and Yuniel even provided some extra stops on our way back.
In Varadero, Miguel was our guide on 2 tours: Cienfuegos & Trinidad, and Guamá & la Bahía de Cochinos. He is very charismatic and detailed, making these remote destinations even more enjoyable and interesting, despite their duration (over 8 hours). In one of them, we also had Fabio with us (another guide), adding fun facts about the culture to Miguel’s history storytelling. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the names of either driver, but they were both very professional and friendly.
For comparison, we also attended a “standard” hotel tour later and it was a completely different experience – the locations, the restaurants, being in a large group – and for a similar price than the private tours we did, it wasn’t nearly as good.
With CubaOutings, we turned from tourists to travellers, and had the opportunity to eat, by far, the best food in Cuba at local restaurants. Additionally, we almost had an issue during our trip, and they immediately offered their help – way beyond what you would expect from any tour operator. Thank you for being there, we will be recommending them to anyone visiting Cuba in the future.‬

The trip started with a classic car pickup from the airport and several tours to other parts of Cuba. Each location had a different experience of people, food and terrain..

Our tour Guide Mike and driver David were the best !! Mike was very knowledgeable about Cuba’s history and kept us laughing the whole time..

Juliette was always attentive and responsive to messages

Notes on Cuba: Bring Wet Wipes and Sanitizer !!! Cuba’s public and private restrooms don’t give you much toilet paper to work with and some are not the cleanest. Be prepared for the hustling from vendors, they all want to sell you something.

If you are traveling to Trinidad, wear sneakers the cobble stones can be a bit rough if your feet are not use to walking on it. Go to the Club located in the CAVE !! It’s unique experience

And lastly bring medications for an upset stomach, in case you catch a stomach virus. Medicine in the country is hard to find ..‬
