Great service our flights were delays just a bit but Alejandro was there waiting. He picked us up we stopped wt the store to get some essentials and then had an easy and smooth ride to our hotel. Will definitely use them again in the future.

We travelled with Melvin and he was EXCELLENT! We learned so much during our drive and he was so kind. Vehicle was in great condition and our group of 6 was very comfortable.

We’ve used GO Puerto Rico shuttle a few times during our trip. They have been very reliable, on time and courteous. We have a large group and they helped us determine the best options for our needs. Our driver, Kenny has been fantastic - very friendly! Highly recommend!

On time. Great customer service. Very helpful, and I will use them again in the future. I would recommend them for trip. Kenny was great as he was on time and got us to airport very smoothly!

Kenny was lovely, he was so friendly and got me to where I needed to be safely. I enjoyed my trip with him!

Good experience. Timely pick-up and drop off. The company called the day before arrival to confirm our flight details. I received a text from our driver as soon as we landed, and he was already in the baggage claim area when we arrived downstairs. Our driver was friendly and helpful. Would recommend them and use again.

Our service with Go Puerto Rico Shuttle was phenomenal. Our driver, Chris, was at the airport and ready to take us to Palmas Del Mar. Kenny, our driver to the airport, was on time and the drive back to the airport was easy! Both drivers called or texted before. The service was confirmed by the company 24 hours before.

Excellent service, very clean cars, friendly drivers who were on time and always conscientious. We'll definitely use them on our next trip to Puerto Rico!

Steven was an awesome driver! He was early and waited for us right at the baggage claim.
He gave us a list of must-sees. He was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!
