‪This mall is beautiful and clean. My boyfriends and I had a big luggage with us and they had a safe place for us to put our luggage. Definitely recommend this mall for everyone.‬

‪This is the first mall we went to in San Juan. Unfortunately, I didn't know it's a mall with premium brands so basically waisted my time.
Food court is not a classic one, but consisting of several different kinds of restaurants, again very expensive.‬

‪My car is being held hostage‬

‪I am completely disappointed in the most recent experience I had with the Mall of San Juan. I met friends and had a great time at Vinus and Tijuanas: We decided to car Pool to Isla Verde to the SJ Hotel and returned at midnight. To our surprise we were not allowed to retrieve our vehicles. We were told that that we could pick up our vehicles at 4am. Honestly what difference does it make to pick up the car at midnight versus 4am. Ridiculous! I love Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 but honestly this experience makes me feel like we are in 3rd world country. Beware! Seriously people think! At least advise clients of this! No warning, no signs! We were supposed to know this by osmosis! Now we have to pick up the car the next morning! So inconvenient! PR does it it better! VPK! My car is being held captive!‬

‪In short, its a fabulous, large mall with all the bougie fixings. If you want to see fancy cars, just sit outside and watch the valets do their thing. If you're hungry there are several places to grab a bit. Inside is clean and cool, loved seeing local artwork on display. And naturally stores upon stores selling all your hearts desires.‬

‪jueves 9 sept 2021. Llamé al MSJ por un antojito de las "nuevas" "glazed chocolate cake" de Krispy Kreme. No los pude conseguir en la tienda (por favor, reporten la línea, sale "fast busy tone"), pero pude conseguir a Yanira en Servicio al Cliente. Yanira, ¡eres la mejor! No solo se disfrutó conmigo el que estaba con "antojito", sino que fue hasta KK para cotejar, y me llamó de vuelta. Yanira, ese: "lo que es importante para tí, es importante para mí" hizo que me motivara a escribir esta nota. ¡Gracias! Y a la buena gente de KK: ¡pls, compartan con Yanira esas "glazed chocolate cake"!‬

‪The Mall is beautiful and very clean. They also have a really nice salon and my husband had his hair cut and me my nails. The food court on the top floor is really quality food and it has a bar also.‬

‪Great selection of womens clothing shops: free people, Zara, hm, Urban outfitters, etc. Their freepeople shop is the best that I've been in! It's large. I prefer this mall to my hometown mall, Lennox in Atlanta.‬

‪This mall was clean and full of good stores. We spent about three and a half hours covering the two levels - including a stop for margaritas midway through - and made several purchases. It was clean, bright, and friendly.‬

‪Un Mall que supera todas las expectativas en cuanto a centros comerciales. Todo bello, limpio, con un toque elegante. Definitivamente el arquitecto logró una obra maestra. Muy recomendado para visitar.‬
