I visited Kay’s Jewellers, St. Thomas on a port stop with our Royal Carribean cruise. I purchased a beautiful gold and diamond flexible bangle bracelet - so stunning. Unfortunately one of the links recently broke, 5 months after purchase, so I reached out via the website and have had nothing but outstanding service from my first email. The team, lead by Vick, sent a prepaid label to return the bracelet, via Fed Ex, and quickly replaced the bracelet with another. The whole process was seemless and simple. Vick and Laura were a pleasure to communicate with and I couldn’t be more pleased with all of the Kay’s customer service. I will definitely be purchasing again from Kay’s in the future.

I have been following Kay's on Facebook for years and have purchased several items from them. Visiting the island while on a cruise. I couldn't get there fast enough, It was my treat for the trip. Many of the items in the store they create, so original and unique. I love this store. Mark was great to work with, I ended up buying a flexible bracelet and a beautiful ring. Thanks Mark see you again soon I hope.

We had a fantastic experience! They were not pushy and gave us a really far deal and would go back again! After shopping a few other stores I really knew we worked with the right place as the other stores were very pushy and just made me feel uncomfortable. I even went back and purchased 2 more flexi bracelets from them.

I bought 3 different pieces of jewelry at 2 separate times at Kay’s. I absolutely love my Ring, earrings and bracelet from the ocean collection!! I get more compliments on all 3 pieces!! I had a little problem with my ring and Vick and Amar took care of it so fast and the process was effortless on my end! All was done by priority mail and was so easy! They were in constant contact with me via email and text. I can’t say enough great things about this establishment and the care I received as a customer. I honestly can say this is my go to spot for jewelry in St. Thomas!!

Omg I love this place!. I have been following them on facebook for years. Purchased several pieces from them in the past. Decided to look again. Oh No. I cannot get out of there without spending money. They are also unique and offer so many beautiful pieces they create. Mark was awesome to help us , I ended up buying a fabulous ring and then went on to buy a new flexible bracelet right before we left. They kept in contact with me and even offered to come get me from the ship. Kay's you rock and thanks to Mark again. Great shopping experience as always, Hope to see you again!

A good friend of mine has purchased from Sam at Kay's St. Maarten location for over 30 years. He and his wife recently went on a cruise and purchased a blue diamond ring at the store. I saw her ring and immediately fell in love with the blue diamonds. I have never seen such a beautiful color of blue. I went to the website and found a unique blue and white diamond ring in a rose gold setting. We called Sam and he helped us with the purchase. It was so easy. We also had the pleasure of working with Vick and Tamille. Everyone was so helpful! I cannot wait to go on a cruise and visit in person! (I often look at the website to see what else may catch my eye)

What an amazing shopping experience! Friendly, helpful, indulgent! We descended on these fine people, 5 women, all looking for treasures, and we found them! This was one of the first jewelry stores we went into, and then ended up going back to make our purchases. There had been a power outage the night before and they were out of power when we first went into the store. The jewelry (and the people) was stunning without power, and when we returned, and the power was back on, everything was even more brilliant!!! The staff was so accommodating, without being obnoxious or overwhelming-which we did experience in some of the other stores. I purchased a beautiful fire opal pendant and ring, and my travel companions all purchased amazing jewelry!

This is the most amazing family owned business !!! We will not buy from anyone else… the experience here is always amazing. We never buy jewelry from the states… only from Vic Chugani…. 100%!!!! Hands down… the best

Once a year i visit Kay’s Fine Jewelry in St. Thomas. I always see Vick, however all of the staff know what i like and are very attentive to what i think i need and or want. The shopping experience is amazing and i have shopped with them for years. When we walk in the door they make us feel like family. They have even order one of a kind pieces for me and shipped to me once i get home. This is the only jewelry store i trust and believe in located in the Caribbean!!!!!

My husband and I were in St. Thomas to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The store attracted me because of a sign for charm bracelet beads. Amar was extremely helpful and attentive. After looking at such beautiful rings, Amar helped us pick out a beautiful wedding set and the bead. I will so be going back to Kay’s when I am in St. Thomas again.
