‪WE GOT SCAMMED!!!!!‬

‪If I could, I would give zero stars to this experience. We were “scammed” for $100 per person (which, according to the staff, was a special offer for that day only) to supposedly take us to see the famous "Pig Island" and go snorkeling at a reef… of course, none of that happened! We were taken to a tiny, dirty, poorly maintained island just outside the port, where we were left with two young men (who were at least kind and helpful) who soon brought over two piglets kept in small cages that were far too cramped for them. They told us to feed the piglets sausages to make them come closer. After dragging these poor piglets around so everyone could take photos, they then took us to the so-called "reef," which turned out to be just a stretch of ocean with a few fish and none of the famous corals that characterize a real reef. Unfortunately, we were promised a very different experience than what we received, and for the price we paid per person ($100 with this "special offer"), I don't think it was worth it at all.‬

‪We booked a two hour excursion with snorkeling and a private beach swim. When we were finished snorkeling, they informed us that we would be unable to go to the beach as the waves were too dangerous. We understand if it was unsafe but felt that we deserved half of our money refunded as we only received half of our paid excursion and were dropped back off at the boat ramp. They are REFUSING to refund our group any money for this and saying we asked to be dropped off which is a total lie. They are scamming people. we had a group of 19 so they made a lot of money from our group with this scam. BEWARE!!!!‬

‪We had a wonderful experience with this company. Talk about getting a lot of bang for your buck! On this excursion, we were able to check off everything we wanted to do: parasailing, snorkeling, banana boat ride, and jet ski. Kenny and Jeff ran our tour and were great company. We enjoyed a delicious lunch on the boat to wrap up the trip. We would definitely recommend and will happily do this again when we come back!‬

‪Highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy multiple water activites!‬

‪This was one of the best excursions I have been on. Kenny was our boat driver and at the end of the trip also drove us back to our hotel. John was with him helping us onto and off of the boat, getting on the jetski, explaining everything that is going to happen and he was such a calm presence that we were all relaxed with him helping. On the boat ride out, Kenny pointed out many famous houses and beaches and local culture. He also let us play our own music. The day we went it was extremely windy and the water was super choppy. Kenny worked with us really well to ensure we still got to enjoy all of the activities at our own pace. He brought us to a small little beach where they provided lunch to us. The lunch was so much better than expected! Chicken, corn, peas and rice. They also provided rum punch or regular punch. While some people were eating they had 2 jetskis to take out on the water while we also had the option to snorkel. We got to see a star fish, conch shells, the reef, etc! One of our friends tipped the jetski over in the choppy water and Kenny and John wasted no time hurrying out to him and getting him safely back to shore. After we all got to take the jetskis out and snorkel, kenny took us out in the banana boat. Then he took us to another spot to snorkel which was right over a reef. The water is so clear that we could see all the way to the bottom and it was around 15 foot deep there. The snorkel equipment was very clean and user friendly. Then they drove us back to the dock. Kenny was also our bus driver back to the hotel. We had a little extra time so we asked kenny if we could stop by the rum cake factory that was in that area and he happily agreed. Kenny gave us information about the island, answered all of our questions, joked around with us, and went out of his way to make sure we had a good time. If I could, I would have kenny lead all of my tours when I travel! I would do this excursion again in a heartbeat. 100% worth the price. If you are even kind of considering it, do it. 4 water events for really the price of two. We were looking at other excursions that did similar things and this one was by far the best one out there!‬

‪Amazing experiance!!!‬

‪Booked over the phone for our 11/28/19 trip. Reserved parasailing and snorkeling for my wife and I +3 teenagers. The peer where we got on the boat was a few minute walk from the main meeting market where cruises get off. From the start when we met Misty at the reception booth, to our guide the boat captain Kenny it was a truly great experience. After parasailing we did snorkeling, then had lunch at the private beach then cruised around to the local side of the island where we met some locals and ate fresh konch salad. Kenny showed us all the beautiful sights and talked about the buildings on the island along the way and who owned them. We never felt rushed al all - he pretty much catered to all of our needs throughout the day. Definitely recommend this excursion.‬

‪I loved parasailing and jet skiing!! I wish that I got a little longer parasailing- it was about 5 minutes up in the air. Jet skiing was as long as you wanted though. The snorkeling was fine too, but honestly, I had snorkeled a lot so I wasn't really impressed with the reef they took us too. But, they were fun and threw food out to the fish so they would swarm around you! They do serve lunch too- it was chicken and peas and rice. The island they took us too was not built up though.. other tours I've been on had a bathroom, bar, etc- this was just a small little beach. We saw an iguana though, that was cool. I would recommend water shoes for this activity though; I felt like they really came in handy.‬

‪I don’t even know where to start! This company went above and beyond their means to make sure our excursion was the best! I was told, it’s not wise to book an excursion outside the cruise line, but I testify that not to be true! We had 7 people in our group, ages 11,13,16,39,42,64 and 66, we purchased the total package for each, and had the time of our lives. The staff Kenny, Tiji, and a few others, I didn’t get their names, were amazing, and accommodating. All 7 in our group, did each part of the excursion, and they even took extra initiative, to explain things of their culture! If and when I return to Nassau, I will definitely book with them again!! Thanks for the memories!‬

‪We booked this excursion outside of our cruise ship. The prices were outstanding! Nothing negative about this experience! We went parasailing,rode jet skies, had a banana boat ride, snorkled and has a great lunch. I loved our guide, Kenny. He went WAY beyond to make our excursion better. There were no issues getting back to the ship on time either.‬

‪We did this cruise on Friday 1st February. It is an amazing tour! Clean! Friendly! Professional Staff! Very Organized! Tasty Food! Real Rum Punch!
The staff communicated what happens next on the tour.
Highly recommend!‬

‪Great company! We picked Paradise Ocean sports to do our excursion in Nassau. They were professional, fun, the even helped my Aunt who is older and did not know how to swim snorkle. Parasailing, jet skis, banana boat , lunch and the beach ! I have to say it was the best part of our trip. If you want to have fun and experience this amazing fun I recommend you choose this company. Thanks for some great vacation memories!‬
