We had a fantastic day on the white water rafting & canyoning package with Big Ian!! We smiled and laughed all day long, will definitely be back to try some of the other activities with these guys!! Thanks again x

White water rafting with Stevie, our party of four had a boat to ourselves which was great. Unfortunately we had to stop before the last rapid due to water conditions but the earlier rapids were still fun. We were offered chance to do a jump off a bridge becuase of this. Big focus on safety throughout, never felt in danger. Beautiful scenery.

Had a great morning rafting with Steve from Freespirits - very accessible, wet suits and safety gear provided. Great wet fun for all the family. My wife and two 12YO kids loved it also.

Had a fantastic few hours rafting down the Tay with Steve. Great fun was had by all, especially with the fun and games at the start - getting wet is pretty much guaranteed. Steve the guide was great, pointing out various local landmarks and wildlife along the way. Rated 8/10 by our teenagers - would have scored higher if there had been more white water. Went as a double family group of 9 with ages fro 10-50. An excellent intro to rafting and would do again in a heartbeat.
Took about 3 hours from start to finish - just in case you need to plan timings in.

Fantastic day with big Ian. Was a stag trip to Edinburgh and this finished off the weekend perfectly.

We had an awesome morning white water rafting, the team were so much fun and so professional, Big Iain is a legend. The views on the river were phenomenal. Can't wait to do it again! Definitely recommend!

We had a brilliant time canyoning with these guys. From start to finish it was great craic. Big Ian and Steve were easy going and let everything flow (see what I did there?) super smoothly. I was disappointed at the end, only because it was so much fun and I didn't want it to finish. Cliff jumping at Killiecrankie is next up for us. All I can say is "do it"... Its the best hangover cure out there.

Steve is a legend, most hospitable person we came across on our Scotland travels, so kind and laid back - highly recommend free spirits for a day out water rafting. Even saw an osprey ! Thanks to Steve ! From The Cochrane group

Super morning canyoning. Took my kids (9 and 10) and we had a ball. Andy and Nelly were great and also gave us options depending on what we wanted to do (journey and jumps). Would definitely recommend and hopefully go back. All equipment very clean and safety measures adhered to.
