The staff working at the front desk are rude and racist. Never coming back. I prefer to miles away to see the face of this stupid person again. Hoping when you go abroad you receive the same attention that you give

Completing my specialist courses with the dive school at Wraysbury, I found the team to be friendly, helpful, and encouraging. They were happy to answer my questions, acknowledging that we all start our diving journeys in the dark, allowing me to become more confident in my own abilities and knowledge.
The feedback was constructive and over a number of dives, I was able to notice the progress I was making.
They were able to let me try different fins to find what was suitable for me, as I suffer from sinking leg syndrome, enabling me to make informed equipment purchases.
As for the lake itself, visibility ranged from a midweek clear of 8m to the soup stirred up by new divers on the weekend. This variety highlighted the changeable conditions of dive sites and gave me the opportunity to practice navigation in challenging conditions.
The variety of aquatic life was incredible, a small (3ft) pike, carp, perch, crayfish and a number of other fish that I couldn't identify.
I can't think of a better way to have spent the week!

Staff are very rude. Bad Mood. David interrupted her to explain I am deaf as he did not see I had already tell her. Everything was fine until your lady staff with miserable and angry attitude got involved. I don’t know why but she talked too fast and we couldn’t understand her. David said he would like to park next to me. For no reason, she had an angry face. I showed her my Blue badge to explain why I needed the short walk. The lady who was angry shouted ‘ WAIT’ at me which really offended me. I am not 10 years old. She clearly does not have good customer skills at all and definitely no Deaf Awareness at all. She could have said something like ‘Let me explain in a few mins okay with you? I would have been fine about that but when she shouted ‘WAIT’, I really did not like the way she spoke to me.

Went here as part of an LDC dry suit / PPB group . Everyone here is really friendly and there’s a lovely feel to the place . There are lots of things to see in the lake with swim throughs etc and lots of crayfish / the odd perch etc .
As with many inland lakes it has a silty bottom so if it’s busy with lots of OW training there is a lot of silt getting kicked up in the water and vis can be very poor ( I reckon about 5-6 ft max yesterday) . As was training didn’t take torch on first dive but made a big difference on the second dive as much easier to keep in touch with buddy and find your way around.
Would definitely come back but feels like more of a place to train/ try kit than for a fun dive

Completed my Open Water here. The instructors were incredibly kind and patient when I struggled with mask skills - this is a great place to train. Also the atmosphere is buzzy and friendly, everyone makes you feel welcome :)

Came here for the open water diving course and I must say a really fantastic experience from the Wraysbury Team. The lake itself is great with many objects to discover but more importantly the team that taught us were friendly, professional and had a great community spirit. The teaching was top notch but also fun! Special thanks to our instructor Mike along with Yvonne, Mikael, Huan and a few other guys that helped us. Knowing I have this centre to continue and refresh my knowledge will keep me interested.

Absolutely great experience all round.
We had nearly booked on with another dive school when we happened to stumble upon Wraysbury on the off chance as we drove past.
From the moment we arrived and throughout the whole dive every member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
The quality and professionalism of instruction was second to none and they make you feel very comfortable in the water. The class groups were small and on a couple of days we actually had more instructors/guides than students which is really reassuring for novice divers. A couple of us had issues equalising and Wraysbury were extremely accommodating and arranged for us to come back on different days at no extra cost. You’re never rushed or put under any pressure to do anything you aren’t comfortable with and they really do go out of their way to make sure you are confident with the exercises and diving before moving on to the next step.
We are both buzzing to go back and continue our dive journey with them in the near future.

My son did a try dive and really enjoyed it. Team were super professional and had me (as a parent) fully reassured he was in great hands. Thank you everyone at the centre.

Went here for for an open water course. Both my 11 year old daughter and myself love the place. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Very well run place and really enjoyed the experience. They even made sure we were supplied with all the equipment to brave the February water temperature. Bonus points for having all the gear to fit an 11 year old.

What a wonderful experience I had completing my open water diver course at Wraysbury dive centre. All instructors were incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. The lake was clean and clear with plenty of wildlife to look at whilst diving which was thoroughly enjoyable. I can't praise Wraysbury dive centre enough they were amazing which I would recommend to anybody.
