Die Kommunikation mit Jane von der Organisation war zu jedem Zeitpunkt schnell, hilfreich und sehr bemüht. Vielen Dank dafür! Am Tag der Tour hat alles sehr professionell geklappt. Pünktlich, mit sterilisierter Schnorchelausrüstung, neuwertigen Schwimmwesten und einer gut gelaunten Tourbegleitung namens View ging’s los. Alle Fragen wurden auf der Tour beantwortet, nette Gespräche entstanden und viele Tipps (für Fotos und Schnorcheltour) gegeben. View war immer äußerst fokussiert auf die Sicherheit und versorgte die Kinder fachmännisch (kleine Schürfwunde/Koralle). Sie stand uns als Fotografin zur Seite und hat sogar (mit dem erfahrenen Bootsführer) Seeigel aus dem Meer gehoben! Danke für alles. Wir hätten die Tour am morgen viel früher starten sollen (nicht erst um Langschläfer 10:00 ;-) um mehr vom Strand auf Hong Island zu haben. Alles Liebe 🧡

We booked a private long boat tour of the pi pi islands and surrounding islands. From the initial inquiry to the day itself, it was so well organised and our lovely tour guide ‘View’ was exceptional. She went out of her way to make sure we got the most of our day and was so friendly and informative. We were picked up from our hotel and transferred to a long tail boat over to Pi Pi. We really enjoyed the beach picnic of local Thai delicacies and visiting all the lovely bays around the island. View took so many fantastic photos for us to remember such a great day out! We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Castaway tours highly enough! Thank you 😊

Thank you so much for our amazing Phi Phi island 7 island trip organised by Krabi Castaway Tours!
Our tour guide View was amazing as well as our captain! Such lovely people, great tour guides giving us so much useful information and taking all of our photos!
The food on the trip was also amazing! Our taxi pick up was so straightforward and even picked us up early on the morning of the trip.
Highly recommend booking any tours with this company, we will be sure to book more tours with them in the future!
Our tour guide View was amazing as well as our captain! Such lovely people, great tour guides giving us so much useful information and taking all of our photos!

What a fantastic day out visiting Hong & four other islands. View & Captain we’re excellent, nothing was to much trouble to ensure we enjoyed our day. Would highly recommend, well done to all.

Used this company for a private boat tour to Hong Island. We were 4 adults and whilst it was more expensive than a group tour we felt it was money well spent and the boat was beautiful.
We left at 7.45am to make sure we got to Hong Island earlier than all the other boats and left just as it was getting busy. The viewpoint at Hong is worth the climb and the beach is beautiful.
We got a delicious lunch on a quiet beach, loads of soft drinks throughout the day and our guide was fantastic; she was so friendly, took tons of pictures of us all and we enjoyed spending the day with her.
Definitely recommend.

Un immense merci
Vous avez fait de ces 2 jours un moment inoubliable
Les repas sont même meilleurs que dans les restaurants que nous avons fait et pourtant des bons.
Le barbecue était incroyable
Et pour la sortie des 4 îles une journée merveilleuse

We started our tour. Within ten minutes the boat started having issues, but a quick call to Jane and a second boat was on the way to pick us up. Our hostess, View could not have been sweeter and more helpful. The boat driver was Johnny on the Spot to pick us up. Thanks for the best day ever Krabi Castaways. 4 island tour plus extra trip to Chicken Island and others. Fantastic!

We did the 4 Islands tour and absolutely loved it. Our guide picked us up in our private longtail boat direct from our hotel on the water at 9am and we spent the whole day travelling around the islands before returning just before sunset.
Started with Koh Poda which was absolutely beautiful with the white sand, clear blue water and limestone cliffs, then headed to Chicken Island for snorkeling which my young son loved. The water was so beautiful and green. Then onto the sand bank to have a walk and swim and finally ended up at Railay Beach and Phra nang Cave Beach.
Our tour guide, View, was absolutely wonderful as well as our Captain. It was really great to do the private tour as you can go at your own rhythm. It was expensive however for a big day and the inclusion of a tour guide, lunch, fruit and the national park fees, I would definitely recommend it. It was also very professional and safe with a children’s life jacket for my son.
It was one of our highlights in Thailand.

This was our second time in Krabi and our second time booking a trip with Krabi Castaway Tours. We chose a tour to Hong Islands this time and had such a wonderful day. Our tour guide was fantastic and took such good care of us throughout the day, making sure we had everything we needed. You could tell she really loves what she does! Our picnic lunch on a quiet little beach was perfect. The food was tasty and not spicy, as requested. The highlight for us was the lagoon and the kids loved swimming on Hong beach with so many colourful fish. The service with Castaway is the best and we will definitely be back again for another tour next time. Thank you guys!
