We booked this tour and left from Embarc playa la ropa. These guys are top notch and super friendly, perfect English spoken. No complaints on the tour as we got exactly what we signed up for. One comment, it would have been great if we could have snorkeled a bit longer and/or on own. There were lots of interesting fish and the water was very calm.

Ulises was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our trip. He has become a family friend and we have him take us many places.

This was a great, very informative beautiful tour!! Captain Ran was so passionate about his work and making sure we understood everything he explained to us. He was right on time picking us up in a nice air conditioned taxi with cold water, beer and ice cold washcloths!!

Fun day relaxing in the sun and surf. Some of our group snorkeled and enjoyed it a lot. I would probably go on a weekday as the ferries and island were quite busy on the weekend. Ulysses took great care of and was very attentive to our group! He shared a lot of local tidbits and made a requested stop for us along the way. Would recommend!!

My husband and I had the best time with Ulises as our guide! We went on the turtle release and the horseback ride on the beach and mangrove. He truly knows how to take care of his guests and show them a great time!!

We did a couple tours with KETAVI while in Zihuatanejo. Title release and horse back riding. Ulises is fantastic to work with. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent English. Highly recommend to anyone to help customize your experience.

Everything was amazing! We were promptly picked up from our hotel, had a very knowledgeable guide (Francisco), got to ride ATVs to the beach (kids loved that!), had a great lesson on what we were doing and had a hands on experience with each of my three children (11,13,15) getting to be part of it. Amazing and highly recommended!!!

I was very impressed with the excursion that was offered in Las Gatas, as we celebrated my husband bday. Our guide spoke very good English, and offered his knowledge of the city. Francisco was the best when it came down to knowing landmarks, food, culture. Overall he gave a quality experience that we will definitely come back and utilize this service. PLUS Perks, cold drinks upon arrival at the airport, and an excursion with a lavender-scented towel for cooling down. He thought of everything!

Communication was easy through email and pickup from the airport was on time. We did a round trip travel from and to the airport without issues. Would recommend again. It was on the expensive side for just transportation though.

We used Ketavi for airport transfers and day trip to Zihua. Ulises is an amazing person and wonderful guide. His staff are top notch. Our trip was supposed to be 4 hours but ended up almost closer to 6 because he made sure we saw everything we wanted and then showed us some of his favorites. Ate lunch at Playa La Ropa at a restaurant called La Perla, great margaritas. Vehicles were perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids with AC, refreshments and fresh towels. I would book a trip with them again without hesitation. Thank you to all at Ketavi!

Hi, mpellack. What would you like to know about this attraction?
we are coming as a group of 7 and would like to take a tour around areas some have mentioned like petatlan for the church and gold and then the ruins would be nice as well as barra e potosi I hope I got these correct
we are also looking for some amate art it seems to be a tad difficult to find

You can contact Ulises Solano, the owner of Ketavi Tour Excursions, directly at his website.. Tell him Cindy Jones referred you. We were in Zihua the first week of October 2017 and used his services extensively. He's very good and always on time. We did not go to the areas you are referring to in your note, so I can't comment about those places.

I can't say exactly as we did some shopping and local things with Ulises and he charged us for everything at the end of our trip. I would guess around 12000pesos? We did go to Santa Clara Del Cobre and Quiroga. Ulises was at our beck and call for the 3 days and took us to great restaurants as well. I couldn't recommend him mor strongly!
