We took the Premium package, which included transportation to/from the hotel to the start/end of the tour. We had to be ready at 7:00 am because the driver had to make several stops. This resulted in a prolonged start of approximately 1.5 hours. Snacks provided during the day were okay. The tour of the manufacturing plant is good, the surrounding streets charming. We had lunch at Fonda Cholula (not included) which was savory, and the service was very good. Lemon margaritas were excellent! The show was nice, however we would rather have stayed longer in the cultural center to learn more about the Tequila culture. The ride in the train was very nice, our car was pretty and comfortable and the staff made sure that we were well taken care of. The ladies bathroom was not working, so you had to go to another car. This was inconvenient since the train was almost full and there was always a line. For the price of the ticket, we expected everything to be working as it should. All in all, we enjoyed the tour. The guides were very nice, I suggest that in the future they may take advantage of the traveling time to explain the schedule in detail, provide information about Tequila, its origins, culture, etc.

Started off really nice> Service was great at the first stop. Then the train ride home left a bad vibe. We were with Kassandra and her crew. She’s super great, but the waitstaff HORRIBLE.. Skipping us to only serve some female passengers. Didn’t offer us shots or drinks. My husband had to get up and ask for drinks. For the price we paid was not worth it. December 14, 2024

We booked this tour from September and had many expectations. From the day before the tour, our Delfino tour guide started communicating with us to square all the logistics. Everything was excellent: punctuality, places visited, the car we were in, the driver was very friendly. Definitely this tour made our trip to Mexico unforgettable and our Delfino tour guide, we were delighted with his cultural knowledge, his commitment to make our experience the best, his flexibility to take us to many places and leave us in love. This tour I recommend 100%.

The trip is excellent If you book on Trip Advisor via Viator, you will be overcharged by more than $100 so be sure to turn in your payments if you did book with them as they have a 100% lowest price guarantee. You can book direct with Mundo Cuervo Jose Cuervo Express for 2995 pesos ($166) vs $275 for the same Trip advisor Viator Jose Cuervo Express as I sat by someone on same trip on Saturday that booked and paid through Trip Advisor/Viator. Please see photos below. The trip is worth $166 USD. Two great shows (one lasted 2 hours and another 30 minutes, toured museum by J Cuervo, the Agave fields and show, band, Tamales for Lunch (3) and Tacos Al Vapo on the train plus all the cocktails and mexican snacks you can handle plus three tequila tastings in a tequila glass on the train as well..Blancco, Reposado and Cristollino and they will pour as much as you can take.

It was the tour of the Opal Mines in Magdalena, excellent service and very friendly, exceeded expectations, in addition to the excellent service and people who attended us.

San Juan de los Lagos is a fascinating place, but on this occasion I discovered its holy martyr Saint Toribio and two excellent places to eat. I highly recommend “El corazón del centro” (for dinners) and “Corazón de mar” (for meals)…charming places, excellent food, very cordial service and -truly- a lot of heart. I also had breakfast at the Public Market at the Menuderia “Moran Tijereado”, having the special attention of its owner John was the best, a delicious Menuderia...so I must also highly recommend them.

Beautiful experience that is worth living if you visit Guadalajara.
We opted for the diamond option.
We took the outward excursion by bus and the return trip by train.
Upon arriving at the agave fields they waited for us with a delicious breakfast with tamales and live music.
Arriving in Tequila we visited the La Riojeña factory and the cultural center, all very interesting.
Then they give two hours to have lunch in the Town.
After a mariachi show and Mexican dances.
When finished, you return on the train, where you have a tequila tasting.
The seats are very comfortable and the inside of the train is beautiful.
Our guide was Cecilia, very friendly and with excellent attention.
I recommend the day trip to Tequila, good atmosphere.
We took some incredible photos as souvenirs.

Hello in the experience San Jose del refugio with lunch include yes we can do it.
also we can define a special menu before the tour.

The price we have published in our site in pesos its $2,250.00 pesos for the "cabalgata or Horseback riding" , at the exchange rate 17.00 pesos/1 usd, give us 132.35 Usd, with the comision of paypal goes to 139.12 usd the price publised on viator its 140.00 usd.
please tell me which other sites maybe it is an intermediary with a not updated site.
we have an option with no Horseback riding in 110 us or in pesos 1750.00 pesos. maybe this is the diference.

on july the only day we have closed for the horse ride the july 15.
