‪Nos cancelaron la fecha por questiones meteorológicas, que es entendible. Pero al no contar con la disponibilidad para una fecha alternativa y pedir el reembolso, pusieron un sin número de pretextos y nos lo negaron.

Busquen otra empresa para evitar una experiencia amarga como la mía.‬

‪Fraude-Fiasco‬

‪Nos citaron a las 5.30am y no salimos sino hasta las 9am…Perdimos el amanecer, apartamos un globo exclusivo para 11 personas para ir juntos y al final nos dividieron 6 y 5…. Contratamos servicio de Dron y ni sus luces… Además no hay empleados empoderados para tomar decisiones y a pesar de los inconvenientes no se contempló ningún tipo de compensación..
Las fotos viendo como las otras compañías despegan y nosotros esperando en la recepción..‬

‪No communication, threw us to another company‬

‪We booked only the balloon ride (wasn’t interested in a bfast buffet at 6am and figured we’d get our own Uber since the price was pretty close).

Currently sitting in the waiting room after having arrived 6:30am (it’s almost 8am). Looks like we were pawned off to a partner balloon agency. Everyone pretty nice but no communication, instructions not clear (you apparently need to bring your passport) and everyone ghosted us on WhatsApp when we texted and called asking for confirmation and details on transportation.

Not sure if this was a sunrise ride but that’s clearly not going to happen since were well into the morning. We saw other balloons in the air on our drive in and looks like they’re all landed and docked and we still haven’t left.

Though pricing was good, wouldn’t book through these guys again. Pretty disappointed as it was likely going to be the highlight of our trip here‬

‪Horrible customer service for cancelled flight‬

‪The day we showed up we waited 2 hours of them to tell us it was too windy to fly, then we were rushed home. I didn't get a confirmation that the flight was cancelled and they don't respond to emails for follow ups. Don't expect a refund if your flight is cancelled.‬

‪Una gran experiencia. La logística agiliza todo el proceso de abordaje, el tiempo de vuelo es el prometido y nuestro piloto Camilo de la Cruz fue muy amable y respondió todas nuestras preguntas.‬

‪Una experiencia fabulosa!

El equipo de apoyo para el despegue y aterrizaje, increíble, ni que decir de nuestra Capitán Margarita.. wowowowo!!

Recomiendo muchísimo el desayuno buffet, nos mandaron al Restaurante Jaguar... esta a unos 10 minutos, pero la comida es deliciosa.

Sanitarios e instalaciones en general dejan mucho que desear, podría quitar puntos por eso, pero la experiencia en el aire es tan buena que lo demás no tiene relevancia!‬

‪Amazing experience‬

‪My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our experience with Vuelos en globo. The staff was really kind, helpful and professional. This experience was more affordable than similar experiences offered by english speaking services aimed at tourists, however of the same quality. In addition, despite being in a spanish-speaking group of costumers, most of the staff could communicate in english with us. We felt really safe and taken care off. We found it to be exactly what one would want in a hot air baloon flight!‬
