Es un edificio donde sigue funcionando la empresa de correos, que se destaca por su arquitectura y una construcción llamativa para realizar buenas tomas fotográficas. La entrada es gratuita y se recorre en pocos minutos.

Bâtiment ancien dont l'intérieur est vraiment superbe.
A découvrir absolument
Il faut en plus en profiter pour y poster vos courriers car la Poste mexicaine n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur dans la plupart des autres villes.

Went here end of January 2023, you can’t go anywhere except right in the main entrance. Cannot go up the central stairs or anything. Maybe worth a quick pop in if you’re wandering by but that’s it

It’s worth seeing this historic building still in use as a post office. It’s a step back to the 1930s, with great staircases and brass teller window.

A historic building with beautiful architecture located in Centro CDMX. I ended up needing international stamps, and the cashier was very helpful. After completing my postcards, which you can purchase at the vendor just outside the main doors, I dropped them off at the slot on the side wall near the back of the Post Office.

Visitado el pasado mes de Octubre 2022, situado en el corazón de la Ciudad de México, en la calle de Tacuba. Este antiguo Palacio Postal es hermosísimo, el edificio está conservado maravillosamente y se puede recorrer prácticamente completo. Con 3 pisos de altura, recorrer las escalinatas con herrería dorada y admirar los espacios es fascinante. Tuvimos la suerte de poder ver la exposición de pintura exhibida en el último lo que nos permitió admirar la belleza y magnificencia de este antiguo Palacio Postal en todo su esplendor. Los dos elevadores siguen funcionales y muy bien conservados.

This is a nice place to do a quick stop and take a few photos. I definitely recommend it if you are in the area!

Otro interesante edificio, del legado del controvertido presidente Porfirio Díaz. Merece la pena entrar y rodear el amplio vestíbulo y ver la impresionante escalera. Al fondo hay un curioso mural hecho con.... no te desvelo la sorpresa.

Es un lugar , que esta hecho con muchos detalles, y piso de marmol, un lugar frío y muy grande, antiguamente, las personas para comunicarse, escribian sus cartas y se las mandaban a sus familiares , que vivían en otros estados o países. ahí mismo, les ponían su sello postal,y las dejaban.
ahora ya existe el correo electronico, y oras cosas, para comunicarse mas rapido.

No charge. Gratis. Free. It is a major, working, public facility. You may need to pay only for special tours to upper levels but it is unnecessary to see the beautiful interior

they open until 7:30pm during the week, on a sunday they closed at 2:00 pm
