‪Best shark dive I've done! ‬

‪I've dove with big animals (mantas, reef/nurse sharks, and whale sharks) and have over 100 dives, and this is top tier and anyone considering it should 100% do it. It's an hour there and back from Playa Del Carmen but Hector and Lolo were amazing guides. ‬

‪I did a refresher scuba class since I hadn't been diving in more than 10 years and then I did a reef dive at Isla Mujeres. The whole crew was awesome, but my divemaster Valentino stood out. Thank you! Valentino, I am thinking about bringing the girls to get certified next year and I'd like to do my advanced certification at the same time. If we can plan it in advance, I'd love it if you could teach the girls.‬

‪The crew was absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend this experience. Also, the snorkeling crew saved my life. I started panicking in the water because the waves were a little rowdy that day, and they were really quick getting me out of the water and back on the boat. Thanks guys! ‬

‪Scam, don't do it, rude associate and manager, fraudulent practice‬

‪Don't go on this one. I was in Cancun on a family trip staying at the JW Marriott and Aquaworld was the vendor at our hotel (on hotel property), so we figured this was a pretty safe and reliable company. We purchased the tour at JW and paid the full price for the tour. However, when we showed up at the ticket and check-in counter of the tour, we were told to pay another $20 docking fee per person, which was not mentioned at all by the sales person at JW. When I asked them what is the docking fee, they (a rude guy and his rude female manager) could not explain what it was, but threatened us by saying "if you don't want to pay for it, you can't go on the tour." This is the biggest scam and disappointment. When we got to the snorkeling place, no place for changing clothes. It was terrible. Don't pay for this tour at all.‬

‪We did the trip to Isla Mujeres and it was amazing, the snorkelling was our favourite part, amazing value for money as all the drinks were included and we had a lovely lunch, the staff were super friendly and made it even more fun, we have more activities booked with this company as they are great!‬
