This was so fun to do. Our guide showed us the best places to snorkel, found a lobster family and star fish to show us and was super patient and helpful. This was the highlight of our trip to Cancun.

Love the tour it was so much fun,fast which i love,the snack the provide at the end is delicious and they also provide you a culture show which was entertaining, the only downfall is you go snorkeling when it's done you have to get back up on the boat and it really hard,I suggest that they get a ladder for those who may not be strong enough to get back on the boat..

They sell you the tour and tell you that you will have 40 minutes of snorkeling and did not comply with that we arrived after a Mayan ceremony and photo with the supposed Maya with the names of harry kike and the truth is not pleasant the experience they offer you to eat at the end of the tour they tell you that they will give you toast with chicken and they give you 3 shallots or 3 pieces of toast with a piece of chicken that the truth could change you but they do not it is a very expensive tour for what the boat offers was being turned off and they do not solve any problems

Remember to bring your photo ID and carry cash with you or your trip will be canceled. The staff was rude to me when I asked about the cash only option. The attitude, body language and tone of voice of one of the staff was offensive to me, yet she cared less.
I left my wallet in the hotel since we (my family) were riding a speedboat. So, I had my Apple Pay but they would not accept it.
On the other hand, the tour guide was superb.

We had a great time. Karla was a great tour guide. We saw lots of fish and a stingray. The boats were super fun. The kids really enjoyed the boat ride.

Our tour guide was amazing , funny and made sure we were safe and knowledgeable about driving the boat . It was a blast !! Will be back !!

This excursion was not what I expected. It was my husband, myself and our family doing this tour together. Once we all checked in, we were told to wait in the section with a few other people for the group tour to start. I hate that this review has to be about race and discrimination but unfortunately this is what happened and what we experienced as African Americans. As we are waiting for equipment to be given to us such as the life jacket, snorkel items, foot wear and cold bottles of water, none of the staff people acknowledged us when we were sitting and waiting and didn't even give us water as it was hot as hell outside. The other people that were part of our tour that were not of the same race but were two white couples were getting treated like royalty and given all of the items that were part of the tour to wear. We had to ask for water and then they took there time giving us the other items.
Next, the waves were sharp as hell as we were pushing through with the speedboats which were not up to speed as my husband had it on the highest speed and we still dragging behind and the tour guide was waaaaay far from us as I thought he was there to guide us all and ensure our safety but once again they got our money so they don't care. After that was snorkeling, which some of my family did not partake but some did and we were only there for a short period of time. but they gave us one bottle of water in the beginning per person and of course its already finished by the time we started snorkeling because it's about a 40 minute ride to get to snorkeling and it's hot so we are dehydrated. Once we stopped for snorkeling we noticed our tour guide had asked the other couples if they wanted water and never told them they can only give one only per couple but when it came to us as its all couples are on our end, were given one bottle only. 😢...Once we finished snorkeling it was time to go back and one of the other couples boats kept stalling out due to the motor and we stopped twice and the tour guide had to drag them with his boat and now we're driving slow and the sun is beaming on all of us and now both of my arms have sun burn and its really bad. Eventually someone came to help and bring another boat so the couple can switch out and we made our way back. Once we arrived back, this is what really got me. Apparently a shot of tequila which they had different kinds for promotion I believe, was part of the package but we didn't know as we didn't see that when we all reserved. We honestly just wanted water and no alcohol especially coming from the hot sun. I asked the lady is it possible for us to get water and she said no, there only giving tequila and were like it's too hot right now to drink any alcohol. It amazes me yall can give free tequila shots but don't want to give any more water. At this point we were over it with this company, more stuff happened that showed there definitely discriminating against us and we won't being doing this again. The fact that we paid not only for the tour but then a separate additional fee (dock fee) of $20 per person in cash only, you would think we should be treated with the same respect as were supporting your business. Yet they don't care they just care about the money.

Yes. Honestly no one even asked for a license. The boats are just the right speed and safe so You all should be fine.
