We spent a day charter fishing with Captain Willy and his crew. They were very friendly and worked hard to make the day memorable! We caught a total of 24 fish: 15 barracuda, 5 Bonita, 2 tuna, 1 trigger fish, and 1 grouper. No one stopped moving all 5 hours.
We had an amazing day of fishing and plan on booking with Captain Willy and his Family Fishing team again.

I booked the tours of Xplor and Xcaret parks on the Cancun Best Discounts. The experiences were generally quite good and surprising.
As I was traveling alone, I selected the public tour to save money. The public tour generally says they would pick up every attendee in the morning one by one at each of their hotel and send them to the park, and then take them back to the hotels in the evening. The entrance ticket is for sure included. This sounds pretty time-consuming and you would get up very early if you are the first one to be picked. But I booked this anyways on their websites because my hotel is located in Downtown, where the official buses of the parks will not be going in. Besides, I compared the price with the official prices written on the official websites of the parks and found out they are not much different.
But surprisingly, on the two days of my Xplor and Xcaret tours, I was the ONLY ONE joining the tours! It means that they directly picked me up and sent my straightforward to the parks and also directly took me back in the evening. The tour is automatically updated to the private version due to the lack of attendees! This is just incredible.
The drivers are friendly and punctual and they can speak English. I would definitely recommend. But it is a little disappointing that they said they needed to pick me up at 8:30 pm on the day of Xcaret tour, but the most amazing show on that night should end at 9:05 pm. So I had to miss the end part of the show. I know they were concerning the terrible traffic jams and we also indeed successfully avoided the traffic jams, but there was still a small regret.

Cancun Best Discounts is not the tour provider but the agent - Martha has delivered the excellent service. We were able to book activities in last minute. We did parasailing+ATV+Speedboat, we enjoyed a lot at Maroma Beach.
For sure I will contact Martha again while we visit to Cancun next time.

We were impressed with the good reviews of the trips and of the service so we made our reservations early. Martha was wonderful, as there were several changes that needed to be made.! It turned out that our hotel furnished transportation from the airport (but not to the airport at the end) so Martha changed to one-way for us. Then one of our tours was canceled so she called with options and handled the changes with no problems. When we needed to see if we could be picked up early for the return trip to the airport I called her and she got in touch with the driver. And our tour to Chichen Itza was great!

We did the Chichen Itza and Hubiku Cenote deluxe tour with Cancun Best Discounts. The tour was awesome. Guide was very professional. Bus was very comfortable. Getting food and drinks on the bus was appreciated. Best part was communicating with Martha. She was very responsive and helped cater the trip to our needs.

We went on a tour with Cancun Best Discounts to Chichen Itza a couple of weeks ago. They came to our hotel to pick us up. On the way the guide Ave told us many things about the area and Chichen Itza history. They provided drinks and homemade lunch which was great. we stopped at a cenote which was great then on to Chichen Itza. We had another guide at Chichen Itza. He was quite knowledgeable although a little hard to understand. We had plenty of time for wandering at Chichen Itza. Ave and crew served many alcoholic drinks on the way back which was quite fun. They were all very fun and informative.

Thanks for posting a review. So happy to hear you enjoyed the tour. The Chichen Itza ruins are something to see and now one of the 7 Wonders of the World. If you get back this way I can recommend other interesting Mayan sites.

We used Cancun Discounts to book a transfer from Cancun airport to the Gran Juarez ferry terminal. They were easy to work with and I thought the value was good. The driver was extremely courteous. It was a nice peace of mind to have a ride arranged instead of negotiating for a taxi. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great time on our excursion. There was a bar for libations prior to our excursion and an option to purchase photos. Would recommend.

Using the airport transportation service from and to the airport is quick and friendly and really starts making your off the bat better . No worries and stress free . Maratha is a true Gem in Cancun and provides an excellent service every time

Did they respond to you? You can schedule multiple activities per day--ie ruins sight -seeing day, a diving , snorkeling adventure day, etc. You pay them directly and then tip the guide/drivers

The Plus and Premier Chichen Itza tours are the same tour. The Plus tour has water, sodas and beer included on the bus. The Premier has these drinks but also serves run, vodka, tequila and red wine on board, has umbrellas available and has all drinks included at lunch. These are all included in the price. The Plus tour has no drinks included at lunch – not even water. You can buy these at the restaurant. Right now there is a promotion. Buy the Plus tour and receive the benefits of the Premier tour.
